Who filmed and uploaded this? That kid is a special needs kid most likely. It’s not our place to judge the kid or parents. You will never know what parents with children with different abilities go through unless you have one.

Depends if the kid was autistic or brain damaged I would get off the phone and pay him some attention: If the kid is just a brat, I'd grab his shirt and his hand and go home. I'd say "That's it" Time to go.
