#radialfirst ;) OMT… A CKD5D patient will not benefit from PCI where you have no possible landing in any healthy era…I see 110% disease :)

Theoretically speaking. AL1.0 7F, Sion Blue to PDA. MC caravel, Rota with 1.5 burr in the crux. Second wire in the PLA and cutting balloon in both branches with the help of a guide extension. No stent only DEB in both branches.
