Hand behind his back like that? He'd be cured with leadacillen long before he reaches my car, a hand behind the back like that is a very obvious indication that he's armed and that my life is in imminent danger.

The moment he pulled his gun, i would have zero hesitation to magdump through my windshield. I can afford a new windshield, and to have my car detailed. I can't afford to hesitate, and take the chance he takes my life.

The moment I saw him walking up — much less with his hand behind his back like that — I would: • Tell my passengers to hunker down • Hold onto my pistol out of view • Get out of the car and stay behind the door for concealment/light cover If his gun hand came up, he's done

No need for a gun when you're driving a 2 ton bullet.

Unless their car was disabled, they should have driven off immediately. Assuming it was disabled, as soon as he approached the car with a gun, it was fear of imminent death or grievous bodily injury and justified use of deadly force in self defense.
