Unpopular opinion but we tend to over emphasize age factor at young ages. 40/45/50 even 55 is not that tough an age, if one is in reasonable shape, to be running & playing sport. We have normalized unfitness! I play badminton & it involves a lot of physicality. 50 came & went!
