The dude ended up putting down 20+30=50$. The other person made 10$, he lost 30$.

The guy basically just gave them $10

Math says no… Person 1 $20 out of pocket, gets 30$ back… makes 10 dollars. Person 2 (camera man) $20 dollars out of pocket. Buys stack for 30 dollars. 50$ in total was given… takes $40… 10$ lost….

My brain says NO But my eyes say YES How can this be?

Paying $50 for $40.

I'd tell him I don't get it and ask him to show me again. Many times.

Has to be government math.
