Utah Bill to Strip Public Assistance from Undocumented Immigrants, those in the state illegally Passes Committee 7-3 Utah lawmakers are debating House Bill 88, sponsored by Rep. Trevor Lee, a Republican from Layton. This bill would require strict verification of lawful presence in the U.S. before anyone 18 or older can receive most state or locally funded public benefits. What Democrats swore up and down “wasn’t happening” is happening right in front of our faces and they’re still gaslighting us while the country gets looted!
