You are not a political scientist, you have no knowledge about the question asked yet you are struggling to answer and analyse what you have admitted to have no knowledge about. Now as a lawyer, you drag someone to court, representing a state, and here you are saying the because you represent a state, the court shouldn’t listen to the respondent? This is ridiculous reasoning. This is saying that ICC will not listen to me if i present evidence against Nigeria 😂 so why am i in the court then? Nigeria lawyer.

I didn’t miss the chance to witness history — I can say for a fact that the ruling of the Supreme Court was based on erroneous facts and anyone can check it via the Livestream of the House of Representatives that day. February 5, 2025. One of the things which concerns me here is the additional requirement that came out of nowhere— not in the 1987 Constitution and not even in the existing ruling of the Supreme Court. Speaker Martin Romualdez in an interview yesterday said that the House of Representatives followed the existing precedent also from the Supreme Court — the Francisco and Gutierrez ruling. How can the House follow something that doesn’t exist during that time? Please make sense. Atty. Princess Abante released an explainer video explaining the factual truth about what transpired in the House of Representatives on February 5. Aside from the House Journal and official reports, the public can easily check the livestream of the House of Representatives. a plli asked bmby about the members looking down at him while he was acting 😂 💗 we filmed that scene many times because i kept laughing... 💗 the thing is, i had to gradually smile (for the scene) but it wasn't easy since the members were looking at me while i was lying down 💗 it's quiet difficult 💗 but it was filmed really well 💗 but why did all four of them have to look at me? only my face was in the shot, so why were they looking at me? it's enough to just film me though... 💗 my face turned a little red too 💗 the members were looking at me and it obviously wasn't going to show on camera, but they were still acting while looking at my face. so i realized once again that they're such professionals... there are such amazing people with me... who's gonna tell him that yhe members are just really down bad for him 🙂‍↕️
