🚨 HUGE NEWS: Following IMMENSE pressure from President Trump and patriots across the country, an appeals court in Colorado has THROWN OUT Tina Peters’ sentence Per the court, the 9-year sentence VIOLATED her 1st Amendment rights. This is a HUGE step towards freeing Tina Peters She will now be resentenced to a much lower term — possibly even time served — which would secure her immediate release. KEEP FIGHTING! 🇺🇸

President Trump demands Tina Peters be released from a Colorado prison as she has been diagnosed with cancer. All Pam Bondi has to do is declare Tina Peters a federal witness in an election fraud investigation and she's released via US Marshall's! Why has this not happened?

Gov. Polis’ commutation of Tina Peters’ sentence is wrong. She’s in prison because she broke the law & was given an appropriate sentence. As Governor, I’ll always stand up for the rule of law and fight for election integrity & never give in to the bullying of the Trump admin.
