Human nature hasn't change as much as the way we hold conversations has changed -- and it's the very thing holding us back from having those conversations.

We seem to have more megaphones and fewer ears. More people who want to be heard and fewer people who are interested in listening to "other" points of view. So personal expression is up, understanding is down, & robust well-rounded conversations are harder to find.

@ivon_ehd1 Could it be the Covid vaccine? ha ha!~In all seriousness: media immersion is t/problem. U.S. citizens saturate themselves w/media narratives. Humans tend toward group think & media saturation sets citizens up for group parroting of simple ideas. Complexity isn't in the formula.
