Enosys Loans Walkthrough: Go to on your browser or Wallet Browser. Connect your wallet Select the Borrow Tab Select your preferred collateral (FXRP or wFLR) Input the amount of collateral you want to deposit Input the amount of CDP you want to mint against that collateral Or, use one of the risk based presets Higher Loan to Value ratios carry a higher liquidation risk. Set the Interest Rate for your Loan. Lower rates carry higher redemption risk. You can also Delegate your Interest Rate Management to a Delegate such as Nortso, for a more hands off approach. Click Next to view a Summary of your new Trove. Nothing will be submitted to the Blockchain at this point. Here you will see a summary of the transaction you are about to submit. Note the creation fee, which is calculated from 7 days of interest at the current average rate. If this is your first time using Loans, you will need to approve spending limits for your collateral, and for wFLR as gas compensation. You may now Open your Position, which will send collateral from your wallet to the Loans contracts and return CDP Dollars to your wallet. You can now view and manage your position on the Dashboard. You are now free to stake your CDP in the Stability Pools using the Earn tab, provide CDP as liquidity on Enosys DEX V3, or use it in any other way you would like.

🚨 THE NISSAN ALTIMA BECAME AMERICA’S “LOW CREDIT” CAR — AND WHAT NISSAN DID HAS PEOPLE STUNNED A breakdown going viral claims Nissan didn’t just sell cars… it built a system around high-risk loans. Not performance. Not reliability. Debt. • Easier approvals than competitors • Interest rates reportedly pushed past 20% • Loans stretched to 7 YEARS to keep monthly payments looking “normal” • The higher the interest rate… the MORE that loan could be sold for • Loans bundled and flipped to investors for $4,000+ profit per deal • The car becomes secondary… the loan becomes the real product Buyers with strong credit shop for the lowest rate. Buyers with weak credit take what they can get approved for. That gap? That’s where the money is. And over time, one car kept showing up in those deals with repossessions, missed payments, “last resort” financing... The Altima. But it didn’t come free. • Higher repossessions • Owners struggling to maintain the cars • A stigma that stuck • Sales and brand perception taking a hit The strangest part? The same company behind the Nissan GT-R went from performance icon… to being tied to one of the most controversial lending reputations in the market. Is this smart business… or a system that made more money the worse people did? 📹: rohrsteam

$Altcoins are sitting at the most oversold levels we've pretty much seen in every cycle. I'm not saying that the bottom is in. I don't play that game anymore. I've done it and I've been wrong. However, every cycle so far, these same indicators have basically been the bottom. Here's the setup across ETH, ADA, SUI, and DOG 👇 $ETH - The November 2024 fractal is repeating so far. Higher highs, higher lows forming on the daily. Watching $2,800 (200D MA) as first resistance. If ETH can hold the 20/50 confluence and break the range, it could lead the altcoin move. $ADA - MACD squeezing on the daily. Same structure as the October/November 2024 breakout. Waiting for the histogram to close green above the zero line with real momentum. Fakeouts possible, but the setup is there. $SUI - Down 85% from the swing high. Monthly Stoch RSI is completely oversold after a year of down only. A quicker-moving oscillator falling that long doesn't happen often. $1.50 is the short-to-mid-term level if we get the pump. $DOG (on Bitcoin) - Down 91% from the high. Almost in the same drawdown camp as ADA and SUI. #1 meme coin on Bitcoin. Most engaged meme coin on X last week. If crypto reverses, this is positioned. The question isn't whether these indicators have been reliable. They have been. The question is simply whether we're prepared for every scenario. Breakouts or fakeouts. Intro 00:00 Altcoin bull or bear 00:45 The November 2024 ETH Fractal 2:00 Cardano's Breakout Signal 4:15 Sui's Monthly Reset 5:35 Dog starting line 7:30 Thanks for your patience! 10:15$

Marc Andreessen: “I’m always urging founders to raise prices, raise prices, raise prices.” “We spend a lot of time working with our companies on pricing,” a16z co-founder Marc Andreessen explains. “It’s really this magical art and science that a lot of companies don’t take seriously enough.” Marc continues: “A core principle of pricing is that you don’t want to price by cost if you can avoid it. You want to price by value. Especially when you’re selling to businesses, you want to price as a percentage of the business value you’re creating.” He gives the example of building an AI that can do the job of a programmer, a lawyer, or a radiologist: “Can you price by value and get a percentage of what otherwise would’ve literally been a person? Or equivalently can you price by marginal productivity? If you can take a human doctor and make them much more productive because you give them AI, can you price as a percentage of the productivity uplift?” Marc argues that high prices are under-appreciated by founders: “The naive view on pricing is the lower the pricing, the better it is for the customer. The more sophisticated way of looking at it is that higher prices are often good for the customer because the higher price means the vendor can make the product better, faster. Companies with higher prices and higher margins can actually invest more in R&D and make the product better. Most people who buy things aren’t just looking for the cheapest price. They want something that’s going to work really well.” Marc also emphasizes this point in an interview in Elad Gil’s High Growth Handbook: “What I hear from companies is, ‘Oh, we have an awesome moat, and we’re still going to price our product cheap, because we think that’s somehow going to maximize our business.’ I’m always urging founders to raise prices, raise prices, raise prices. I’m always urging founders to raise prices, raise prices, raise prices. First of all, raising prices is a great way to flesh out whether you actually do have a moat. If you do have a moat, the customers will still buy, because they have to. The definition of a moat is the ability to charge more. And so number one, it’s just a good way to flesh out that topic and really expose it to sunlight. And then number two, companies that charge more can better fund both their distribution efforts and their ongoing R&D efforts. Charging more is a key lever to be able to grow. And the companies that charge more therefore tend to grow faster. That’s counterintuitive to a lot of engineers. A lot of engineers think there’s a one-dimensional relationship between price and value. They have this mental model of commerce like they’re selling rice or something. It’s like, “My product is magical and nobody can replicate it, and I need to price it like it’s a commodity.” No, you don’t. In fact, quite the opposite. If you price it high, then you can fund a much more expensive sales and marketing effort, which means you’re much more likely to win the market, which means you’re much more likely to be able afford to do all the R&D and acquisitions you’re going to want to do. And so we always try to snap people into a two-dimensional mindset, where higher prices equals faster growth.” Video source: a16z (2026)

This man walks into this store do get some shorts, he’s already rude and in a bad mood. When the worker rings him up, it’s a different price than he expected because of tax. He then insists it should be a different price, ends up being physically removed from the store for it. Was it worth it? All for what? I never understood why people do this. People try this with me all the time when I’m at the shop. They come in and get all these high end services. Top end pedicure with gel polish, mind you the prices are on a sign up front plain as day. Then they want a high end manicure with long dip powder nails and designs that take forever. This one woman when I rang her out was surprised that her bill was $250. She said a basic manicure was $15 and a basic pedicure was $25. I said that’s true they are, but you didn’t get anything basic. You got all high end services that cost more. Hence why the price is higher. She argues with me and said those prices are too high, I said you get what you pay for and what you are trying to pay for now isn’t what you got so it isn’t fair to me to only take $40 when you got $250 worth of services. The dip powder service alone before add-ons was $50. She then claimed she only had $40 because that’s what she thought it would be and that she would never have gotten the higher priced ones if she knew they cost more. She kept trying to make me commit to the lower price and she didn’t want to pay for taxes either. I told her that if she didn’t pay, I would be forced to call the police and that whole ordeal will end up costing her more than what she owes me. Right when the police car shows up she decides that she was gonna pay and in cash. So she had it all along she just was trying to force my hand in giving her a huge undeserved discount.

You all know I’m deep into DeFi and a long-term holder of $LINK and $KASPA. Now I found Hypersurface and it genuinely surprised me. Hypersurface pays you for waiting. Instead of placing a normal buy or sell order and doing nothing, you set the same price on Hypersurface, get paid upfront, and earn high yield while the market decides. Two ways to use it: Covered calls (selling): - You own a token and are happy to sell higher. - Set your price, get paid upfront, earn yield while waiting. - If price never hits, you keep the token and premium. - If it hits, you sell at your price and still keep the premium. Cash-secured puts (buying): - You want to buy lower. - Set your price, get paid upfront, earn yield while waiting. - If price never drops, you keep cash plus premium. - If it does, you buy at the price you already wanted and keep the premium. What makes Hypersurface different is the structure. Liquidity stays on-chain. Inventory is managed by the protocol. Risk is hedged automatically. No off-chain desks. No custody games. It’s getting paid to place limit orders, done properly for DeFi. If you’re still just waiting on spot orders or trading perps, you’re missing this. 👉 Disclaimer:

When I launched Attention Copilot, I mostly thought of it as a way to help people get unstuck in one session: Bring a task that feels ugh, reconnect with why it matters, and do it while a coach tracks your attention and inner state. When resistance shows up, we work with it in the moment instead of just talking about it or white-knuckling through it. That still feels core! But after watching people work with us over weeks and months, one pattern stands out: important work is where this stuff shows up. The work that matters asks for more clarity, courage, patience, or focus than your default habits make easy. So when you practice working with resistance while actually doing it, your relationship to work starts to change. For some people, especially at high-growth startups, this looks very practical. Everything wants your attention, and sessions protect time to get clear on what matters, do deep work, and move it forward. For others, AC feels like finally bringing meditation and inner work into the work itself, right when the reactive patterns show up. Either way, the training rep is the same: stay with what matters, work with what comes up, move the thing forward, and get better at doing that outside the session too. A few of the people we’ve worked with for a while put it better than I can!

One of the smartest things you can do with Fable 5 right now: Re-create your AI second brain to log all your business ideas, personal context, and important data. The first time I built an AI second brain was with Opus, but I recently re-created it with Fable 5, and it blew my mind. Here's exactly how to get started: Step 1. Set up your Obsidian vault Download Obsidian from Obsidian dot md if you haven't already. Then, go ahead and create a clean vault with your most important folders. For example: /ideas → business ideas, content angles, random thoughts /context → who you are, your business, your goals, your stack /data → important numbers, portfolios, metrics /log → daily entries, decisions, lessons learned This is your database. Everything Fable reads lives here. Step 2. Connect Fable 5 to your vault I like this Claude Code prompt: "/goal connect to my Obsidian vault at [path] and act as my second brain orchestrator. Read everything in /context before every session. Log anything new I tell you to /log with today's date." Fable now reads your vault before it answers anything - it knows your business, your goals, your history. Step 3. Build the self-update habit Every time you have an idea, a decision, or a lesson, tell Fable: "Log this to my second brain: [thought]" Step 4. Start querying it You can start sending prompts like: → "What are the most common themes across my last 30 ideas?" → "Based on my context, what should I be prioritising this week?" → "What decisions have I made about my content strategy so far?" Opus was good at this, but Fable is on another level. I feel the depth of reasoning it brings to your data is genuinely unlike anything I've used before. Some might argue it's a bit of overkill to use Fable for a simple second-brain setup, but if you have the means, it's 100% worth it. Build this once, and it'll compound forever.

COACHES: This is another HUGE pet peeve of mine. Players trying to do it all themselves and making a potential rush opportunity into a 1v1. The higher the level you play, the less likely a player will beat a defender 1v1. Especially on the rush. I see so many kids try to do it themselves - and if the kid is talented enough at the younger ages it potentially may work out. But as players advance to higher and higher levels, you rarely see anybody try to beat a defender 1v1. And even more rarely do you see anybody actually beat a defender 1v1. I see so many coaches rewarding kids at the younger ages for taking the puck from one end of the ice to the other and scoring. While it's great that a number goes on the scoreboard, you are doing a disservice to the kid's development. Because if that kid doesn't learn the value of passing and using their teammates, at some point this clip is going to happen to them. A LOT. And that player will eventually get passed by the kids that learned to play the right way with their teammates. On this clip the ANA player tries to do it all himself and the puck goes the other way and eventually ends up in the back of his net. It's hard enough to beat one person 1v1 in high level hockey, let alone skating the puck through multiple defenders. So coaches, please emphasize the value of using your teammates. I see this type of play SO OFTEN in youth hockey. Passing, hockey sense, playing with your head up, using your teammates...these skills translate to the next levels. Doing it yourself, even if it works as a young player, does not.

Finally, someone challenged Miatta Fahnbulleh and she completely crumbled. Well done to Tom Swarbrick for asking the obvious question about net zero and high energy bills. Miatta starts off with a blatant lie: “The reason why our energy bills are much higher than in other countries is because those costs are being driven by global fossil fuel markets.” I mean that doesn’t even make sense. Why would ours be so much higher if it was just about “global fossil fuel markets”? She just made that up on the spot, and Tom doesn’t let her get away with it: “It is not just down to being exposed to oil and gas prices because of wars far away. There are choices, political choices, made by you and your colleagues that say we are going to increase bill prices to pay for upgrades to the national grid, to pay for renewable subsidies. That’s what’s putting bills up.” Exactly! We all know this is the case, but she just always tries to blame anything and everything but that. Miatta: “Well, no. It is both. We should be honest and it is both.” She says “we should be honest” at the exact time she is not being honest! Unbelievable! Tom jumps straight back: “So not “no” then! It’s not “no”. It is true that you are making choices to increase people’s bills to spend on renewable subsidies and infrastructure costs.” Well done Tom. I’ve watched many of her interviews this morning and previously, and no one challenges her on this key claim. They just let her off with the usual talking points. Net Zero is a primary reason your energy bills are sky-high, and that is a fact. They just don’t like to admit it because they know how unpopular it is, so they do what they do on almost every issue: blame something or someone else.

If you hold a fluorescent tube under a power line, it will light up and glow without being plugged in This works because of the strong alternating electric field and electromagnetic induction from the high-voltage power lines inducing a voltage across the fluorescent tube. This charge is enough to ionize the gas inside and make it glow A fluorescent tube is a sealed glass tube with low-pressure mercury vapor and phosphor coating. It doesn’t need a full wired circuit to start glowing. It just needs a high enough voltage difference between its two ends to create an electric discharge through the gas By holding the fluorescent tube vertically under the lines: - One end is closer to the high-voltage field - While the other end is relatively more “grounded” through your body, the air or the ground This creates enough potential difference along the tube’s length to ionize the gas and light it up Obviously I know what we’re all thinking… this can’t be healthy to live next to these things, and you’re right. There are real health risks High-voltage lines produce extremely low frequency (ELF) electric and magnetic fields The WHO classifies ELF magnetic fields as “possibly carcinogenic” Childhood leukemia: Some studies show a small elevated risk of 1.5–2x in pooled analyses for kids with higher exposures Adult cancers, neurological issues and miscarriages have been reported by debated on cause

Bertha & Bonds 1⃣To kick off the Bertha initiative, we are moving forward with the initial order of BTC miners later this month, committing $250K–$350K USD in capital. This investment will fill approximately 30–35% of the Bertha facility, pushing $TITAN’s APR to around 20% and that’s just the beginning. 2⃣We are also introducing T-Bonds, a first-of-its-kind initiative on Cardano designed to unlock capital efficiency and accelerate ecosystem growth.👀 What Are T-Bonds? T-Bonds are like a loan from the community to the project. In return, you get a guaranteed return at bond maturity. Why This Works for TITAN? 15% of the total $TITAN supply is held in our treasury, reserved specifically to be sold gradually over time to fund investments as the token’s price grows. By combining our capital with the T-Bond raise, we aim to push the APR above 20-40%+. At that level, demand for $TITAN increases, driving the price higher. If the token price doubles as a result, our $TITAN investment treasury’s value grows from $1M to $2M. From there, we can gradually sell treasury-held $TITAN over a 12-month period, using the proceeds to repay bonds, expand mining capacity, and fund, new investments — all of which drive APR even higher and continue growing the treasury. Higher APR → More demand → Higher price → Larger treasury → More investments → Even higher APR. This is how we trigger the flywheel. Bond Terms: - 12% Fixed APR (pegged to USD value on the day), - 2.5% Bonus $TITAN airdrop, - 12-month term Bertha gets filled. Rewards go up. The flywheel spins. Bond Mint Date: -Thursday, July 24th–26th — 48 hours only. -This is a limited pilot with a hard cap. -Full details dropping next week. The success of the bonds isn’t critical for us it’s not something we need to do. We see it as an innovative concept that makes sense given our treasury model and adds value, but there's no pressure. Whether we scale with bonds or without them, the trajectory remains the same. Bonds simply accelerate the process and introduce a fresh mechanism into the ecosystem that could be tied to our ATLAS DeFi platform in the future. This is how TITANS win.
