How many sandwiches can you help provide today? Donate here: Every day, The Sameer Project kitchen is working to keep families fed in conditions where access to food is still extremely limited. The daily operational cost is around $8,500-$9,000 - covering ingredients, cooking, packaging, and distribution so meals can reach those who are hungry and malnourished. Each sandwich costs less than $3 to prepare and distribute - like the kofta sandwiches you see here! A full day at capacity can produce 3,000 sandwiches to be given out to hungry families in need of assistance. Even a small contribution is a meal for a child, a parent, and elder, someone who didn’t know where their next food would come from. 40 Minutes ago, Sonam Wangchuk with the help of his supporters was seen visiting the Portable Washroom for the 3rd Time in a day with a yellow bag !! My Questions: > What is inside the yellow polythene? > Why is he visiting Washroom so many times if he is on hunger strike? > Why does he need helpers within 72 hours of hunger strike? > Why is Dipke, Saurav Das and Vijeta Dhaiya not sitting in hunger strike? > Why are AISA students who are on hunger strike too not allowed on stage? > Why is Dhruv Rathee not coming to support them?

The kids at this government school in Kallakurichi,#TamilNadu are emotionally requesting minister Dr. Anbil Mahesh to provide them cleaner mid day meals ,as they are getting food infested with worms and insects ,they say . The kid is saying that they are forced to eat the worm infested mid day meal every day and they are tired . CMOTamilNadu kindly take action as this is a very sad state of affairs. Doing PR is not acceptable when the food quality is poor . They are poor children but that does not mean they get food like this and their health compromised.

After many attempts throughout the day searching for something to eat, I was finally able to get a can of fava beans to ease our hunger after an entire day without food. I'm not just happy because I found something to eat — I'm happy because tonight, we will sleep without the pain of hunger, without the ache in our empty stomachs. Thank you so much to everyone who cares about me and my family during these difficult times.❤️🙏

Let’s talk about the Left’s lies about food stamps. I recently toured the grand opening of the Montgomery County Food Bank’s new facility. It came just in time, since Democrats refuse to open up the government, thus drying up funding for SNAP benefits for the poor (food stamps). The SNAP program needs a lot of reform. You can’t call it “supplemental nutrition” when it allows people to buy Oreos and cheese puffs. But it is a lifeline nonetheless, and Democrats are actively gaslighting the public right now, claiming Republicans cut SNAP. How stupid do they think Americans are? SNAP benefits are stopping for one reason only: Democrats voting to shut down the government.

We are seeing more empty pots in Gaza. Urgent help is needed: Across displacement camps, the community kitchens that so many families have relied on are closing as funding disappears. For hundreds of thousands of people, those meals were the only guaranteed food they would receive each day. The Sameer Project is feeling that pressure too. Our community kitchen is now operating at just 50% of its previous capacity because donations have dropped so dramatically. If support does not increase, we may be forced to cut production by another 50%, leaving even more families without a hot meal. After more than 1,000 days of devastation, this is not the time for hunger to add to the catastrophe.
