Please rethink this approach. Just reached office one and half hour late. Basic simulations will prove converting such a long circle into one way will not work.

This will take a week to settle down The issue is lane changes due to narrow gap in the medians. If you miss your lane cut , you go until the next available median, take narrow inner roads to get back to your destination. The lane changes are congested big time bcos of this
