What are you doing to punish those who do this. You want to know how common this is? Go on any road and wait for sometime. That particular auto also went about as normally as it could. How are they allowed to run on the roads. Impound them. Tweets do nothing.

Action should be taken on steal shops who are using these trucks for transportation or put some guidelines to all the shops across state not to allow autos and small truck to carry these construction items no laws enforced by government or police no safety here for human life 🙏🏻

With due respect sir, how many junctions did that overloaded vehicle pass by? What action did traffic police take at each junction, if at all they were available & vigilant?

In western countries they cease the vehicle and cancel license for unsafe loading. What are the laws here in India? Even tractor with all tarraun tyres are not allowed on paved road.

So please fine them heavily or seize the vehicle, traffic police should not let these vehicles ply on road.

If a truck carrying such an excessive load, can’t it be detected through CCTV monitoring systems its route? Traffic police r stationed at various points, too. If the vehicle travels such a long distance, why isn’t it stopped and penalised en route? Where is the enforcement?

Dear Traffic Police, many heavy vehicles have number plates concealed by mud or hanging decorations, making identification difficult in hit-and-run cases. Some appear deliberately hidden. Kindly conduct a special enforcement drive and take strict action against violators.

Seize the vehicle for minimum one week and see the magic and also many life's will be saved. You issue challan of ₹1000 which they will happily pay as client has already paid them, but when vehicle is seized it will make difference.

This is very common sight.. unfortunately I haven't seen any policemen take any action on them. They just make videos to challan them. First focus shd be stop them so that lives are not lost.

You post all this but you fail to take strict action on 1. Heavy vehicles moving slowly on the right lane 2. Slow vehicles like autos on the right lane 3. Can drivers and slow moving vehicles going 80 or below in 120kph lanes on ORR . There is no point of using ORR with this
