Because Todd Howard is basically a celebrity game dev who is well respected, he unfortunately has a problem with "yes men" at times. His friend and former colleague Dennis Mejillones puts it well "A lot of people are afraid to say no to Todd and that hurt him." As more of the old guard at Bethesda retire, I imagine more of the devs will be less likely to give him pushback because of his superstar status. I do wonder if that is part of the reason he works at a higher level these days rather than being in the trenches with the devs.

in korea, when people meet me, a lot of them only see the “gay” part of me first. but my friends and the people i met here were curious about me as a person. they wanted to know me, not just a label. i’m just me. being gay is only one part of who i am. but many people still approach me with preconceptions, or say they’re open minded like it’s some kind of joke. maybe that’s why i felt lonely without even realizing it. but here, i’ve received so much comfort. i’ve been genuinely happy. thank you to everyone who sees me for who i am and accepts me as i am. it really means more than you know.

The absolute highlight of my day… 🥘 I feed 80 personally myself with all home cooked food ⏰ Most of them are out waiting for their food as dogs are great timekeepers 🛵 Some of them go by the pitch of the engine and hear it coming 🦊 Plenty of the dogs like Mr Fox in this video love the attention as much as the food. 8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ I provide this home cooked food to other volunteers and shelters around the island. 🥰 People always ask me why I wouldn’t outsource this part and save myself 90 mins each day of driving around. The answer is that it is like pure joy to me and it keeps me close to the bigger problem and ensures I never lose sight of that. Also it’s just the fact that they make me feel like a celebrity of superhero with all their welcomes arriving each day. The best feeling ever 🙏

[Part 10] The side of Taehyung hyung's determination to never give up on his goal: Even with foot injury *the person received permissions to post* 👤In military bootcamp, there is something called a physical fitness test that is held every 2 weeks. The physical fitness test consists of 3 rounds, with the third round results being officially logged into the system. I am from a fitness background and so push ups and sit ups were very easy for me. But the running was a problem. The running category is for 3km. I got 2nd grade in the first round and 1st grade in the second round. To get Special Grade, you have to finish within 12 mins and 30 secs. For Elite Trainee eligibility, you must rank Grade 1 or above, which is below 13 mins and 20 secs. So although many people tried, most of them failed due to the running portion. Taehyungie hyung also kept getting Grade 2 in both the first and second rounds. He needed Grade 1, but his stamina but his stamina wasn't keeping up. That time he tols me, "I thought my stamina is great because I've been dancing for more than 10 years, but it hit me pretty hard to find it isn't like that." That's because Taehyungie hyung had a problem on his soles of his feet. There was even one time when his feet hurt so much that he couldn't keep running. However, in the final test even with his feet hurting so much, he managed to finish in Grade 1. So he said, whenever he ran, he could feel a shooting pain from his feet. So seeing him continue to run despite the pain in his feet was extremely impressive. (

Here’s Part 2, this time made with Seedance 2.5. This is the final cut, built from shorter generations, and I’m really happy with how it came together. My first attempt was one continuous 30-second generation, but it introduced too many mistakes. At 2.5’s price, repeatedly rerolling a long clip just wasn’t practical. Breaking the sequence into shorter shots gave me much more control over blocking, character placement, vehicles, pacing and the final edit. The biggest upgrade is the rendering. Skin has more texture and looks far less plastic than it often did in 2.0. Multimodal referencing is genuinely useful too. I used character, vehicle and environment sheets, but never needed more than seven references at once. Is it worth the extra cost? Yes, if time matters. I think 2.0 could reach a similar result, but it would take more generations and a lot more work. A few example prompts in next posts 👇 Made via Dreamina AI
