I always loved how Anakin and Vader consider themselves different people. Vader thinks of Anakin as weak, but when Anakin saw his future as Vader, he thought Vader was a terrible monster

Anakin created the monster persona of Vader because it was easier to pretend his true self was destroyed than to face the horrific gravity of murdering the Jedi and his own wife. That’s why Lucas refer to him as a “pathetic guy", "flunky", and a "victim" of his own choices.

“Then you will die braver than most” is also one of the coldest lines Vader has ever dropped.

Never understood why the lightsabers were like TV antennae in this show.

i really appreciate this scene because ezra just gets his shit kicked in, no flair, no nonsense they didnt make him look strong or give him time to quip, they showed the power of vader and how terrifying he is

The one thing that bothers me about the Ashoka series is how slow Rosario Dawson is compared to how she should be played. All her fights show no signs what this fight plays out as.

All this does is remind me of the original plan for the sequel trilogy: Duel Of The Fates. Anakin Skywalker was Chosen One of the Jedi. Darth Vader was the Sith'ari of the Sith. That was what was going to be the core of the Sequel Trilogy before Disney blew it
