I suggest using the space as a government/NITDA managed tech incubator, creating a dynamic ecosystem for skilled and trained tech professionals. It can serve as an ideal space for post 3MTT training mentorship, product innovation, and guidance through the early stages of commercialization. Central to this ecosystem is a venture partner office. This office would play a pivotal role in offering guidance for the most promising ideas, facilitating industry connections, assisting in securing funding, aiding in business development, and managing licensing and intellectual property. It would also provide crucial support to navigate and scale through the initial challenges. Ensuring that this opportunity remains highly competitive is key. It should be designed so that only the best brains, those with proven expertise and credibility, gain access.

Make it the ihub of Abuja. With strong focus on the quality of the management and the quality of incubation/acceleration to support startups. I also don’t think it should be government managed, private sector management will do well

The conference space in there will be great for team bonding and brainstorming sessions. The office spaces will pass for a conducive work environment for facilitators and trainers.

Selfish me will say enter an agreement with @steamledge to manage and incubate other startups 😅. It will become the next talent breeding ground
