Stopped 3 years ago, and my hair and scalp is better then ever before!

The answer is no, we do not need any of these. I stopped using shampoo 5 years ago. One of the best decisions I've made. Completely stopped getting dandruff. I used to have super dry scalp. I removed store bought hygiene crap from my life, bunch of skin issues went away.

I've been using nothing but coconut oil in my hair for years. For a short while during a time where I was moving around a lot and staying with friends I started using whatever shampoo they had and noticed hair loss. Went back to coconut oil and it grew back healthy as ever.

Now do a post on household air freshener. Also full of toxic junk

real question everyone, since these brands are awful, which brands should be use?

head and shoulders is banned? i use it for years its not lol

How about you tell us the good shampoos to use And FYI if you want to know about harmful chemicals in your food & cosmetics download the Yuka app.

If you track the parent company, you’ll know who makes such products and makes the most money

I use a castor oil bar for my shampoo. Got it on Amazon.

Shampoo is scam. Egg yolk, bentonite clay, ACV and plain water all it takes.

Dr. Chen… Why?!?! Everytime I watch your posts, I have to repurchase everything in my house 🤣 No shampoo, no Doritos…

This is what you all need and nothing else.

😮💨 I held my breath, the one I've used since highschool is still safe.

These are also in this category. They too, cause hair loss and scalp irritation due to harmful ingredients like DMDM hydantoin, which can release formaldehyde. It’s a Johnson & Johnson product also.

balding is 100% genetics, there's old people living in the swamps with bad nutrition with full head of hear and ppl like who have tried everything, balding. And I haven't used anything but natural soaps for last 10 years. I've looked at every single study on hair loss...hopeless

Which is a good shampoo to use?

I just buy natural bars of soap and use that for both hair and body, then put a tiny bit of coconut oil in my hair after the shower to avoid dryness.

I use dr squatch. Their deodorant is good as well.

They are also terrible for the environment all those toxic chemicals in waterways and the air must affect the insects. My neighbours washing power smells strong enough to kill an elephant I can’t even sit in the garden when it’s on the line

I sent an email on Jan 2021 to @Unilever and this is what they responded with. 🤬 I stopped buying all products especially theirs. No money from me ever again.

we've been through this before. Just do not buy anything from Corporations. The end.

Soap only.

Hunt vs hunted

Mostly its the Unilever products that contain these damaging chemicals. Big Global Corporate

Then what shampoo do i need to use then tell me.

Then what do you use to wash your hair and scalp clean?

We need a list of good products & how we even can get by with food and water..where to trust what product to trust!?! Its crazy these days. I don't like it. I'm ready to move out of the usa

Stick with Castile soap shampoo unscented or with natural actual essential oils.

well, V05 wasn't on the list lol

Scan my products using the Yuka app. I also use Ayurvedic herbs.

For many years I've used holistic shampoo bars and this recipe recommended by Katherine Sewing (youtuber) - Brave AI summary below.

I have long hair and what do I use on my beard I need to know send it to me in my messages Doc.

How about actually listing the ingredients. First one is probably DMDM Hydantoin. Not sure about now, but it was used in a lot of hair products

I ll be shampooing more due to your tweet
