The "best AI model" keeps changing. ChatGPT → Claude → Gemini → Grok → repeat. I've been hopping between them constantly. And every single time I switch, I'm back to square one — re-explaining who I am, what I'm building, and what we already covered. There has to be a better way. 🧵

The single biggest mistake people make in relationship building. They do not follow up. And they do not follow up because they do not do it the night of the dinner/event/drinks. Every time I go to an event, in the car, on the way home, I email every person I met that night that I want to progress a conversation with. 99% of people do not do this. They say, I will do it tomorrow and they never do. That said, at the end of an evening, in the back of an Uber, I do not want to type 10 emails. Wispr Flow for the win. Do all of them in sub like 10 mins. The way you follow up is the way you are remembered. PS. This was written with Wispr Flow from a walk in London! Try Wispr Flow yourself at

🇺🇸 ALL IN PODCAST: ONLY GROK AND GEMINI MATTER IN AI RIGHT NOW On the latest All In, Chamath crowned Grok and Gemini as his phone's only AI anchors: "I try to limit the number of apps on the phone, but I have Gemini and Grok as the 2 anchor apps because I'm so reliant on both of them, and I just keep going back and forth between them now." But the real tea was Jason calling the AI war "the greatest battle we've seen since Netscape versus Microsoft." He predicts that Google is planning to "suck the oxygen out of the room" by making everything free and strangling competitors. "People used to pay 50 bucks for a Netscape browser. Microsoft came in and made it free. The same thing's going to happen to ChatGPT. Right now, 80% of the revenue comes from $20 subscriptions." The AI throne isn't decided by benchmarks anymore. Grok wins again. Source: All In Podcast, @jason, Chamath Palihapitiya

OpenRouter is the most underrated AI tool on the planet. You just need one OpenRouter account and this specific "Multi-Chat" setup. I give a single prompt to Claude 4.6, Gemini 3.1, and Grok 4.20, then simply pick the best response. It’s the closest thing to a "God-Mode" for AI productivity. Steal my setup here:

Fun experiment: you can now automate content production with Claude Cowork. I gave Claude a browser and asked it to: 1) Find a NeurIPS best paper 2) Write a thread on it 3) Generate graphics on Krea 4) Validate its work with ChatGPT. Shockingly, it worked! How to do it 👇

Be the Answer. Rank Across Google & AI. "SEOitis" is live SEO is no longer just about ranking on Google. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok are answering your customers questions - with or without you. We built SEOitis to fix that. > Track how AI engines talk about your brand > Find the gaps > Research, write, and publish - one pipeline 🔗

The best way to take advantage of ChatGPT Voice. I am completely and utterly voice-pilled. Voice interaction with AI is going to change the way humans interact with computers. Here's what you can do: 1. Create a remote connection to an always-on desktop PC through the ChatGPT Desktop app (I have a Linux box in my basement) 2. Customize the ChatGPT iOS widget and add a remote voice connection 3. Tap the widget. It will open a voice chat in ChatGPT Work/Codex, on your desktop, with access to your files and all your apps. It's like an always on Jarvis that has its own computer. Amazing stuff. Try it out!

"I am a Claude Code maximalist. I try to live in it all day if I can." Carl Vellotti 🥞 has gone deeper on Claude Code than any PM I know. In my new episode, he showed me how to connect Claude Code to: → Google Workspace: Prep for meetings → Linear: Create tickets from PRDs → Slack: Share status updates → Reddit: Monitor subreddit discussions He does all of the above using skills and MCPs in his personal Claude Code OS. Some quotes from Carl: "Connecting Claude Code to the apps that you use at work makes it way more powerful." "Why would you need to go to all these websites if you can just get the info right here?" "I use this consult-the-council skill to get Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok to all review my work in one shot." 📌 Watch now: Thanks to our sponsors: Granola - The best AI meeting notes app I've ever used: Replit ⠕ - Create beautiful prototypes and full stack apps:

Grok CLI >>> Cursor and Claude Code We wanted an IDE for xAI's Grok so we did something meta: we prompted the newly released Grok 4 to create... Grok CLI itself! Grok CLI can: 1. Modify local files and use the shell 2. Go through huge codebases and fix them 3. Persist for longer and solve really complex math and physics problems Instant setup on Replit ⠕ Bonus: Can create and run ai agents with it's completely open source!! link to the code: link to the repl:

ELON MUSK ON CHATGPT AND GEMINI: “I’VE GOT A WORRY ABOUT TODAY’S BIG AI SYSTEMS. THE TWO HEAVYWEIGHTS ARE CLEARLY OPENAI AND GOOGLE GEMINI. AND WHAT TROUBLES ME IS THIS: I DON’T THINK THEIR NORTH STAR IS PURE TRUTH. I THINK THEY’RE OPTIMIZING FOR POLITICALLY SAFE ANSWERS. WITH XAI, WE’RE AIMING TO CHASE WHAT’S TRUE AS HARD AS WE CAN, EVEN WHEN IT MAKES PEOPLE UNCOMFORTABLE. AND I THINK THAT MATTERS.” Interested in AI? Follow AI Evolution and never fall behind. I track ChatGPT, Claude, and every tool quietly changing how we work and create, then hand you the tested signals.

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang’s #1 advice for students: “If I were a student today, the first thing I would do is learn AI. How do I interact with ChatGPT? Gemini Pro? Grok? Learning to prompt AI is like becoming world-class at asking questions. It takes expertise and artistry. Irrespective of your field—math, science, chemistry, biology—ask yourself: How can I use AI to do my job 10× better?” Clip from this 52-second moment — Jensen Huang telling the next generation exactly where the real edge is right now. Chinese student in my MIT dorm asked ChatGPT and Gemini the same question: How can I make money using the timezone difference between Asia and America? ChatGPT explained forex trading hours and international freelancing. Gemini suggested remote work for Asian companies while living in the US. He closed both tabs. Standard answers he'd heard a hundred times before. Then he opened Claude and asked differently. Not how to make money but who is already making money this way and can you find them. Claude took 30 seconds. Then explained that prediction markets have a gap Asian bookmaker lines move 2-3 hours before American platforms update. Someone in Beijing sees price movements that someone in New York won't see until they wake up. He asked Claude to find wallets that only trade during Beijing morning hours. Wallets that enter positions when America sleeps. Claude found one that matched perfectly. Every single trade executed between 6-9 AM Beijing time. 4,548 of them. 432614799197. $4.5M profit. Joined January 2026. Only sports NFL, Premier League, Ligue 1. The Chinese student understood immediately. While his American classmates sleep from 11 PM to 7 AM Eastern, someone in Asia has an 8 hour window where they see tomorrow's lines today. He showed me the wallet last week. I asked why he shared it. He said the edge isn't the wallet the edge is knowing what question to ask. ChatGPT and Gemini answered the question he asked. Claude answered the question he meant. 305K watching. $79K loaded in active positions.

Anthropic posted the best prompting lecture I've ever seen... and deleted it two days later. I watched the recording last night and kept pausing it. Each time I opened Claude to test what they showed. Two Anthropic engineers showed in 24 minutes how the Claude team actually uses it. Not tips. Not hacks. The way they actually talk to Claude. Every day. For real work. After 3 minutes you'll want to rewrite every prompt you've ever sent.

98% users are still wasting time switching between ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, and Grok just to compare answers. Today I tried TantyAI after a friend suggested it, and wow… With just one prompt, you get access to all the models and answers side-by-side. Thanks to the team for letting me test it, it’s already saved me so much tab hopping. 🙏 Link:

Claude Tag has completely changed the way I do work for the last 4 months. Except… it's not Claude Tag. Anthropic only announced that a few hours ago, and I don't even have access yet. But I did build a version of it for myself which I've been using for months now. Here's how. 4 months ago, inspired by the success of OpenClaw, I wondered what would happen if I let Claude Code on its own computer 24x7. So I built a simple harness that allowed me to turn any Mac into an AI employee with Claude Code headless mode (-p). Today, I manage 3 such AI employees. It started with Luo Ji — my and my brother Piyush Agarwal's AI co-founder, running in our personal Slack. Luo does real work for us. We've been writing a 100% of the code for 3 products on Slack with Luo now. It manages our emails and gives us a little brief each day with things we need to take action on. And so much more. And it's not just the two of us. On the consulting team at Every 🪨, we run Claudie and for the editorial team, Andy. Same architecture, same Slack, months of real work. They help the teams with work related to project management, chief-of-staff work, data hygiene, building decks, writing first drafts, even browsing X on their own account for AI updates. So it's mindblowing to see that Anthropic landed on the exact same architecture I did. Claude Tag is an AI employee that lives in your Slack workspace and does work autonomously. Anthropic says they've been running it internally for the better part of this year — opening PRs, doing real work. And so have I. So has my whole team. The architectural decisions Anthropic baked into Claude Tag are the ones we arrived at too: - Built on Claude Code - Uses its own accounts - A separate employee per team - Slack as the interface This is the future of work, and I've been living it for months. I've shifted all of my workflows — code, PRs, even the non-technical stuff — out of Claude Code and the Claude app and into Slack. I've had entire weeks where I never opened Claude Code on my laptop. Here's a video walkthrough of how I've been using this in real life.

Where are we in the consumer AI cycle? I went on Bloomberg Technology to discuss what we a16z are seeing from studying the data since 2023. So far, a rising tide has lifted all boats. But, we're starting to see ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini diverge in approach to winning the consumer. My main takeaways 👇 1. ChatGPT is still dominant - but the race for "default AI" is on. On web, ChatGPT is 2.7x larger than #2 Gemini. On mobile, 2.5x larger. But, ~20% of weekly ChatGPT users are now also using Gemini in the same week - and Claude is growing quickly with developer and prosumer use cases. 2. AI is going global - but not where you'd expect. We built a per-capita adoption index by country - Singapore ranks #1, followed by Hong Kong, the UAE, South Korea. The U.S. is down at #20 - with both a smaller % of white collar workers for whom AI is valuable, and more cultural pushback. 3. The creative tool category has completely transformed. In our first edition, 7 of 9 creative tools were image generators. Today only 3 remain - video, music, and voice have taken their slots. OpenAI and Google focusing on native image gen means you need to be specialized to standalone. 4. Agents are here. Manus and Genspark both made the web ranks - and if our data was for February (not January), OpenClaw would have debuted at #30! But, it has still not escaped containment to the mainstream consumer - expect more packaging around agents for specific use cases. 5. AI is leaving the browser. Between Cursor, Claude Code + Cowork, Granola, Wispr, and others, users are increasingly interacting with AI via desktop apps. We will have to evolve our methodology as AI becomes more ambient - and can't be measured by a website hit or app download. 6. AI-enhanced (not AI-native) players are waking up. For the first time, we included six legacy products that are now meaningfully AI enabled. Only 3 made the top 15 on web - including Notion, which reports 50% of ARR from AI. The others? Canva, Freepik, Grammarly, Capcut, and Picsart. Thanks to Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow for having me on - can't wait to see what the report looks like in another 6 months!
