Voting assumes you have reached the age of majority and can partake in all aspects of citizenship (including drinking alcohol). If 18 is voting age in the U.S., all other rights/privileges should be at the same age. My $0.02.

I disagree with raising the voting age but I wouldn’t mind a civics exam. However I think an exam would benefit dems who are for the most part educated where magas would suffer. I guess they’ll just bring back the grandfather clause then.
