Former WV Senator Joe Manchin, who ultimately signed off on the Dems reconciliation that extended ACA subsidies through 2025, tells me the broken healthcare system will never be fixed if Congress keeps extending ACA subsidies. I fully agree with Anton, we do not want this in our country. He goes on to say that the Haitians do not assimilate. This is no surprise to me at all, when you bring in 500k immigrants at once, it's bound to happen.

Johnson: To answer your question, am I going to guarantee a vote on ACA subsidies that is just a boondoggle to insurance companies and robs the taxpayer? We have a lot of work to do on that. OBAMACARE subsidies set to EXPIRE. This means healthcare without ACA subsidies. Obama was basically funding insurance companies with your money and most likely receiving a generous kickback. Only 7% of Americans are actually on Obamacare. It was a complete failure and the bill that they will vote on empowers patients and doctors, not the insurers. The great lie that this administration and its enablers keep telling is that undocumented immigrants are a primary source of crime. The truth: undocumented immigrants are actually far LESS likely to commit crimes than American citizens. No one is saying that we shouldn’t hold immigrants accountable when they break the law. To the accounts on X which publicize every crime that an undocumented immigrant commits: I could do the same thing for Christians, or White Men, or MAGA Supporters, or Republicans. That doesn’t mean they are the problem though. In fact according to data from Texas, when it comes to undocumented immigrants it’s the EXACT OPPOSITE. They are between 2-5X LESS Likely to commit Violent crime, Property crime and Drug crime. Would that mean that Undocumented immigrants are making us MORE SAFE on average per capita? It would seem so... For the record I am not at all saying we don't have a problem with immigration. We do, but please stop spreading false narratives that label groups of people as being bad when on average they are not.
