I believe all journalists are biased. Some support BJP, some back Congress+. Motivation is money, ideology, or both. But the irony is, those working for Congress+ label those working for BJP as "Godi Media", while themselves sucking up to politicians in the worst way. Example :

I think it's because the ecosystem promotes each other in Congress+ supported journalists while it's completely different in case of the case of journalists having bias towards bjp.

Yes they back each other. Congress politicians also allow their journalists a bit of liberty to criticize them. Rajdeep Sardesai occasionally criticise Rahul Gandhi and no big Congress politician attacks him. Whereas BJP demands full submission. Today a BJP minister humiliated Sudhir Chaudhary, one of their biggest asset, for trivial reason.

People are so blind in criticising Congress that they are comparing Bengaluru footpath clearance drive as Yogi-BJP bulldozer justice which demolishes houses of Muslims. All the Congress govt is trying is to make city walkable for those poor people who have no cars and bikes. Even street vendors are not thrown but relocated to some other areas. Under Congress, Bengaluru is on its path to become the first livable city of India in true sense.
