I bought my first Tesla in October 2020 (Model X) and have been using FSD for every single ride, every single day. Today is the first day since then I am forced to not use FSD with my Cyberbeast and I can tell you it fuckin sucks. I can... show more

FSD although amazing is boring, thats not driving, thats being a passanger. Give me 600hp, rwd , and a manual transmission. The only thing getting the soul sucked out of it, is the pavement.

What?????? “Driving manually subconscious drains your mental capacity” What????????

Real driving pleasure and control is in stick shifts transmission and not automatic. I miss my old Mazda Miata 1993 model and it was such fun to drive top down with it 😀; next generations I am sure don’t even know what a stick shift is 😓.

This just further cements my belief that Teslas are cars made for and by people who know nothing about cars.

i love driving

Yeah I’m curious to see the stickiness of this FSD trial going out. I certainly could never own another car without FSD now after having it and using it everyday. Feels weird to drive myself

To all the people talking about the 'spirit' of driving. There is absolutely nothing spiritual about doing 35mph in gridlock traffic on a Wednesday afternoon.

Was using it yesterday for the second time ever, and that's what I told my wife. In traffic, it's so much less stressful.

This is all preference … I LOVE driving, and hate when a vehicle is trying to drive for me. That being said I think FSD is essential in today’s world and will be great leading into the future. Do I personally want it on? Nope.

Agreed. Someone just needs to take a long 5hr+ trip with autopilot then good luck ever going back to manual driving.
