I've done nearly 20,000 workouts in my life, and I've seen what works for all levels. I created a free workout guide to show you what works, whether you're a beginner or advanced.

Are you using vscode or cursor/Windsurf and why?

Right now, I'm using @code 80% of the time. Both Cursor and WindSurf are great, and I wish I had more time to use them.

Very nice! Any chance you would make the extension framework, that is without the content, publicly available on GitHub?

Yes, I will make it open-source. I want to finish it and document it first, but for now, 100% of my effort is going towards the class itself (starts in a couple of weeks.) After that, I will return to the extension to prepare it for anyone who wants to use it.

This is a very cool idea. I'm curious to see how it works for your students.
