I called an angry customer! I keep doing surprise customer calls for every product that we build at Only What's Needed by Food Pharmer. In the early calls I did, I used to reveal its Food Pharmer, and then people used to just praise the product. Now, I don’t... reveal it’s me till the very end of the call because I want to hear the real feedback even when it’s negative. Negative feedback matters more to us than positive feedback. That’s how we improve. Even when someone shares something positive, I still try to understand what could be better, in taste, texture, packaging. Our customers exposed us. Here’s how: For the first time, we invited our customers into our manufacturing facility. Just like I have spent years exposing food companies, we asked them to do the same with Only What's Needed by Food Pharmer. A few months ago, I posted our factory tour on our website. At the same time, I realise that I can be biased and may end up showing only the good parts. That is why this time I asked our customers to investigate the factory themselves. When customers come in person, they see things as they are, the good and the bad. We’re going to keep opening up our factories for customer visits, because if you’re consuming something every day, you deserve to see how it’s actually made.

Do you spend a lot of time monitoring these discussions online? Whether player feedback is good or bad, the most critical factor is our mindset as developers. When we choose to look at feedback, we must be very clear about our purpose. Our goal must be to extract insights that help us make the game better; that is where the real value lies. It’s not about seeking "emotional validation." To be honest, I truly feel that looking for validation doesn't provide much value. So, when you decide to dive into the feedback, you need to have a specific mindset: you must be determined to find the factors or "clues" that can help the product improve. Game development is a user-facing industry. Dealing with feedback is something you have to face, practice, and get better at. If you let yourself be swayed or discouraged by a random, emotionally charged comment, that, in my opinion, is a sign of being unprofessional. #WutheringWaves #WuWa

Leadership climate is set at the top. So, when President Trump calls for me to be killed and hanged, many people take that as license to call my office and say even worse. But what has been so heartening is that even more called in with positive feedback and encouragement. There are many here in Washington who want us to think that America is hopelessly divided. I refuse to accept that. There is more that unites us than divides us, any day of the week. And we can’t be intimidated out of advocating for the country we all love.

People normally call me P’gBam, Jiejie, or something like that. So I’m just more used to those. And when I first entered the entertainment industry, for the first two or three years before starting this project, everyone always called me P’Bam because I was acting with younger actors and things like that. Then when I started working with P’Oom, suddenly everyone began calling me “Nong Bam,” and I just wasn’t used to it. 🗣️: So you went from being P’Bam to becoming N'Bam? 🦭: Exactly! I was used to being the older one, and then all of a sudden I became the younger one. At first, when we met, I didn’t even call her P’. I just had to post one more video, of all of you wonderful people who have entered my world. I am so grateful to see that there is truly something that is connecting us, even though many of you i have not even met🌞 It makes me hopeful. Especially when i know many of us will continue to be good warriors for the world and the people out there who need us right now. Just like one day, we might need them. I love you all. And i am glad to be surrounded by so many people who dares to think for themselves. It’s overwhelming to be so informed, and in touch but still out of touch with the world. BUT i know when people get arrested for simply doing what they have to right to do as people - freedom of speech Then it’s the time to keep speaking. Shout even.

So with these people, whether we go, volunteering or travel somewhere, we always move together as one group. Because if not and later on, when I write and release a song, if we hadn’t shared those experiences, I’d have to explain everything. Like, “I went somewhere and had this kind of experience…” But since we’ve all lived it together, I can just say, “Hey, I wrote this kind of song this time,” and they’ll be like, “Oh, yeah, I get it. I know exactly what that is.” It just makes everything so much faster, right?”

Last summer I found myself sitting in a room in Switzerland surrounded by world leaders from completely different industries, all talking about the future of our planet. A very different environment to what I was used to! I was invited onto to a channel to give my take on leadership with my best mate and brother Jay. We talked about leadership and what it meant to us both. I always used to think leaders were born but it’s far from the truth…. They are made. My biggest realisation was that we talk a lot about leadership like it’s confidence and certainty. Like leaders always know what to do. The truth is they don’t… and that’s ok. But good leaders will go seek out better answers and grow. While poor leaders will leave it to someone else to do or turn a blind eye. The day made me realise most of my growth has come from failing. I try to lead with my best intentions, but upon reflection or feedback, I realise there was a better way to do it and then next time…. I lead better and the process repeats! And that day forced me to look at myself properly. As for me, leadership isn’t a title, or being a CEO or having an armband. It’s influence. And that’s the scary part, because everyone has it. Even my two young kids. Every morning before school I tell them the same thing: Be the sunshine in the room ☀️ Because whether we like it or not, we’re leading every single day. In the changing room.
