I called an angry customer! I keep doing surprise customer calls for every product that we build at Only What's Needed by Food Pharmer. In the early calls I did, I used to reveal its Food Pharmer, and then people used to just praise the product. Now, I don’t... reveal it’s me till the very end of the call because I want to hear the real feedback even when it’s negative. Negative feedback matters more to us than positive feedback. That’s how we improve. Even when someone shares something positive, I still try to understand what could be better, in taste, texture, packaging. We’re not building Only What’s Needed just for you, but with you. So any feedback you have to share, we’re always listening.show more

We’re going to keep opening up our factories for customer visits, because if you’re consuming something every day, you deserve to see how it’s actually made.

Leadership climate is set at the top. So, when President Trump calls for me to be killed and hanged, many people take that as license to call my office and say even worse. But what has been so heartening is that even more called in with positive feedback and encouragement. There are many here in Washington who want us to think that America is hopelessly divided. I refuse to accept that. There is more that unites us than divides us, any day of the week. And we can’t be intimidated out of advocating for the country we all love.

I just had to post one more video, of all of you wonderful people who have entered my world. I am so grateful to see that there is truly something that is connecting us, even though many of you i have not even met🌞 It makes me hopeful. Especially when i know many of us will continue to be good warriors for the world and the people out there who need us right now. Just like one day, we might need them. I love you all. And i am glad to be surrounded by so many people who dares to think for themselves. It’s overwhelming to be so informed, and in touch but still out of touch with the world. BUT i know when people get arrested for simply doing what they have to right to do as people - freedom of speech Then it’s the time to keep speaking. Shout even.

Ebuka : I heard some conversations from couple of your fellow housemate abbr the viewers a lot about you playing it safe, you want to be liked by everybody you don’t ruffle feather very rarely did you confront a situation that maybe you were not comfortable with is that Barry ? On a good day m, do you not have any issues with anybody in life ? Barry : in life I try to avoid situations like that cause I don’t like to get angry cause sometimes when I do get angry I act out of character I do t like getting angry so I try to avoid situation or when people are going back and forth the only thing that could even make me get angry is if you hurt someone or I care about the team and Keivo situation I was really angry at tram for what he did cause it’s something that could have sorted our very easily

I had a conversation with a boy I used to know. I had a conversation with I child I used to know I had a conversation with the soul that believed just because you sounded sincere. I missed him, i miss me. It’s painful when you realise that you can’t hug someone who loved you before you knew what love means. Someone who believes in you so confidently that he was certain you’d not fail him. Ooh yes it’s painful you can’t hug me, but i think that’s for the best… because tell me how would i survive it, when or if that innocent beautiful child runs to me with open arms for a hug, how would I survive it, m knowing he would probably still forgive, with all the broken promises, and dreams that are still dreams. How would I survive it when even despite all this he’d still believe in me. With tears in my eyes I scream to the universe….. oooh how would I survive it. So I’m grateful for the fact I can’t hug the boy i used to be. But hopefully I’d be able to one day someday and when I do, I’d say thank you, thank you, thank you. For your dreams thank you, for your faith thank you, I finally did it, we finally did it. We became everything that defines greatness, we became everything that defines gratitude.
