I canceled three subscriptions after my first week with Dreamina Seedance 2.0's API. The video, dialogue, music, and lip sync all come back from one call and I had no idea how much my pipeline was paying for tool fragmentation until I removed it. Here's how to setup:

Seedance 2.5 + Street Interviews is CRAZY.. i can't believe i did this whole video with 2 prompts. i finally cracked the formula for UGC that looks hyper realistic... the formula i am known to do with every model lol... here's how i did this whole video: - i deconstructed the whole video w/ gemini - i generate all characters and props w/ gpt 2.0 - i uploaded all the references to seedance 2.5 - i uploaded the prompt gemini gave me - that's it this is my whole system, and it took me less than 15 mins tbh... here's how it looks like:

When a tool blows past expectations and fundamentally changes my way of working, well, I feel like I should share it, unpaid, and give kudos to the team behind it. So Seedance 2.0 Omni’s biggest breakthrough might be lip sync and dialogue. It lets you upload audio and sync it to characters, even multiple characters within the same scene. So we ran tests against the leading lip sync tool, HeyGen, and the results were surprising. Seedance Omni held up well, especially in wide cinematic shots and multi-character scenes. The results can still feel a bit unnatural at times, though they improve with iteration. HeyGen continues to perform better for upfront avatar-style lip sync. Still, the fact that we now have a lip sync tool within a video model that can directly compete with HeyGen is real progress.
