Am I missing something? They all agreed to abide by the decision of a pay review body. Then when they don’t get the answer they want, they strike?

Well Mr Turner, you greedy left wing extremist, if you don’t like what you’ve been given in terms of your pay rise, give the money back. Many in the private sector, those that pay your wages, would be glad of a 4% pay rise. Maybe it’s time to consider privatising your service.

It’s not the job of the government to listen. NHS management have a budget and it’s THEIR responsibility how it’s managed. So perhaps they should talk to them instead pushing politics.

Well Shelock... Striking isn't going to help anyone ...Is it? You're just another militant who's jumped on the bandwagon. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I don't understand so more pay will speed up or increase ambulance effectiveness 🤷🏾♂️

Nothing to do directly with the gov, the nhs chiefs are to blame

I wonder how many of those calls are from the 'safe and effective' vaccine adverse events, strokes and heart issues?

How is a pay rise going to stop the problems we was having before the strike action 🤔

This man should realise that many people have had their jobs, businesses, physical & mental health destroyed because they were forced to "protect" the likes of him. If he doesn't like his pay & conditions, why doesn't he resign & try his luck in the private sector or a business?

So its really bad out there so we will do everything possible to make it better By going on Strike !!!!!!!!
