I cannot support a law that could send children to return hubs. Today I reluctantly voted against the EU’s Return Regulation.

I gave the Incredible Invisible Man from Clare my no.1 vote in 2024 solely on the basis that he had spoken out about illegal immigration in the Dáil, and hadn't heard from him since. Then when he is given the one chance to actually put his money where his mouth is, he voted no. Of course, illegal minors should be deported, no question about it.
