It’s no life for anyone. He was a prisoner in his own yard. 😡 When we heard about him, we worked hard to get him out of that situation, because every animal deserves more than just existing. Right now he’s very scared. The outside world is completely new and frightening to him. But we’re going to show him patience, kindness, and love and help him discover what life really is. We can’t wait for the day when he finally feels safe… when his tail starts wagging and he learns what it means to be loved. ❤️ Please support us. This woman came home and for the second time, her neighbors son has broken into her home. She confronts him about the seriousness of what he’s doing. What she doesn’t know is that he’s a schizophrenic. His brother never tried to harm him but instead tried to make sure he was taking his meds since he keeps skipping them. In his own mind he doesn’t feel safe at home, he feels his family is plotting to harm him. He tells her that he feels safe at her home, overtaken by emotion and sympathy for him she hugs him. Given that he did break the law, should she press charges against him, should she just let this slide now knowing he needs help?

There’s this stray dog, thin, gray, worn down by life. You can see the exhaustion in his eyes, the kind that comes from too many nights alone and too many people walking past. Late at night, he approaches someone eating at a food stall. He doesn’t whine or beg. He just stands there, still, quiet, hopeful. Like he’s asking for nothing, but silently wishing someone might finally see him. The person notices. They tear off a piece of their food and hold it out. The dog steps forward carefully, almost apologetically, and takes it so gently, like he’s scared to break the moment. His tail wags, slow and hesitant. They feed him again. Then again. Eventually, the dog sits beside them. No leash, no words, just trust. And when the person reaches out to pat his head, the dog closes his eyes and leans in, as if he’s been waiting his whole life for that single touch. It’s such a simple thing, a bit of food, a moment of kindness, but you can tell it meant everything to him. Honestly… we really don’t deserve dogs.
