6 years and walked from it and never looked back. The effects on the dopamine is insane. When I stopped that I started up on ice cream and cinnamon rolls. I stopped that and gained more self discipline and self control. Understanding how dopamine works helps with kicking everything to the curb and leave it there. A much better person and energy is incredible! Save that energy for things like gym, a labor in Faith, your walk in Faith. I am a better person because of my Faith in Yeshua.
