my video-to-stopmotion-animation app is almost ready for beta testers here's a solitaire animation i made in a total of 2 minutes (scene creation - editing - final export) the app auto-selects keyframes and also uses roboflow RF-DETR to remove frames with your hands showing, turning a single video into a final animation without manual editing work send me a DM if you'd like an invite to test the beta version

An ode to the 7 Wood… I ignored the hype for a long time. My male ego just didn’t let me give the 7 wood a try. With my hybrid struggling, I finally took the plunge a couple months ago. I can say with no hyperbole: It’s the best club ever. This is a tough stance and have to get the ball up fast. 195 yards out. Basically zero chance for me with an iron or hybrid. Just put it in the middle of that stance and swing. Boom. Rough, bunkers, fairway…just doesn’t matter. Somehow it always seems to go in the right direction. If you have fought the urge to ditch the 4 iron or hybrid, it’s time you try it. You won’t ever go back. 7 wood for life

Sometimes we also wonder how people do things in Paper haha Not quite a tutorial but here is what I did: - grabbed a screenshot from video - asked chatgpt to get me a b/w svg image with frame and dots - saved the pic - opened the Heatmap shader on - replaced the default input shape with my svg - tweaked the colors It's not accurate but gives you the idea!

wowwow Holy Shit I let Opus 4.7 pick any art on my computer they'd like to use as a starting frame for an animation, and then prompt gptimage2 for animation frames however they'd like to make a 100 frame animation here was the result note - gptimage2 only made 4 images, each one was a 5x5 grid of frames, so that totals to 100

Before recording with VA’s for Catching Up Episode 2, I created a test animatic with me doing all the voices to get an idea of how each scene would flow! This allowed us to get a feel for each scene, and some of my temp audio even ended up in the final cartoon! Try find ‘em!
