I did end up animating the flashback based on the animatic I did, it didn't look accurate enough so we scrapped it and ended up reworking the scene to mostly reuse assets from 25ft. Which is the version that went into the episode! Forgot this version even existed lol

The original inflation version I wanted to do was based on the old "Double D Gum" skit from the 90s. It looked kinda weird and you'd have to have seen the original to understand it. So I added a bubble and used the other version as the main inflation version.

Wait.. there’s a SLOW version of “Lukin”?! Hold up. This sounds AMAZING. I love the strings here. It makes the song feel almost tragic and epic. It emphasizes the terror Eddie must have felt. It makes the song feel even more REAL. I’m in awe.. Eddie did it again. I fucking LOVE this version.

Some people have Mandella-Effected themselves into thinking every Z ep looked like this; it didn't, but those that did looked special. This is from the SoM x Neo-Raws version.

Ok as an apology for forgetting there was a SPLIT animated music video and never finishing it, I will share some split lore. The version of split that you’ve heard was originally supposed to be a remix for a charity compilation in 2020(?). The “real” version was meant to be on Trust Ceremony (which was an entirely different album back then). So the remixed one came out on Bandcamp and I figured ok that’s done, back to work on the album version. The producer of the remix got rlly offended that I didn’t wanna do an official release of it (I like it. It just wouldn’t have fit on the album. I think they were hoping I would like it so much that it would replace my version. I did not). BUT I figured there’s no harm in doing a lyric video for the remix and releasing it, then saving the “REAL” animated video for the album version later. Might even be cooler to have 2 of em! Anyways, shortly after that, I completely changed directions with the album, both sonically and conceptually. After that happened, I just couldn’t see a place for a Good Value Dresden Dolls track on the record, so scrapped it and forgot about the video entirely until now. So here’s that version. I still think it’s fun

I didn’t need RFK Jr to erode my trust in the medical experts. They did it all themselves. A doctor did not get informed consent from me and I ended up having a known side effect to the birth control I was on. It took me years to figure out how to fix it without the help of the medical system. This was before I even knew RFK Jr existed. So stop pretending it took him to erode that trust when there are millions of stories like mine.
