The communication toward the players needs to be better from Knapper & co going forward. A last minute brief conversation is totally disrespectful.

Knapper is coming across as someone who is ruthless, single-minded but his communication skills leave a lot to be desired!

This is disgraceful from Ben Kapper. That is no way to treat your players.
