Sid Mahant is running for State Rep next year and is Founder and Chairman of the Indian Divers Truckers Association In Dec 2023 he had a petition to make it easier for out of state CDL holders to get an "Indiana CDL". He says first generation migrants who's first language isn't English struggles to pass the pass. Sid calls it discriminatory. If he becomes State Rep, he will most likely push for bills to make it easier for Non-English Speakers to get an "Indiana CDL".
