I do everything regarding my podcast, from sourcing guests, scheduling, researching material, recording, editing, audio, visual, artwork, write ups, publishing, website, substack, and social media. But I've always been like that. As a surgeon, I used to never sit in the coffee room between cases. I would clean up...

5-Month Methylene Blue Update I've been taking Methylene Blue since October and I wanted to reflect on the first 5 months with it. I’ve been micro-dosing to experience the mental benefits, so usually 3-5 drops. In the first couple months the effects were truly mind-blowing. The cognitive enhancements felt like magic. My focus became laser-sharp, and my memory was spot-on, especially my visual recall. The enhancement of my mental-visual abilities was the most amazing change. I've always been a very visual person. If I had an idea, I could picture it much easier than I could explain it. Methylene Blue increased that ability tenfold. Verbalizing my thoughts became much easier as well. Methylene Blue is certainly a verbal lubricant; my words would flow off the tongue almost effortlessly (in a good way). So, 5 months in, those skills are still heightened, but the dramatics have worn off since I'm now used to these "Super Abilities" It's remarkable that I never felt like my cognitive abilities would decline if I missed a few days of Methylene Blue. The mental benefits were long-lasting. Methylene Blue is great to cycle on and off since the effects last. The thing that still feels like magic to this day is the motivation I get from a dose of Methylene Blue before a workout. The feeling I get from a large glass of water with honey or maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and Methylene Blue is pure drive. Drive, motivation, inspiration, and feeling like I can take on the world are what the above elixir provides. Not to be confused with energy like caffeine would give, it's a much deeper feeling of drive. It instills a mindset shift of "I'm going to do what I came here to do." Truly a life changing substance and I’m so glad I tried it. I’m happy I am learning about it so I can teach my friends and family about MB. I think everyone that can should be experiencing the laundry list of benefits from Methylene Blue. Check the first comment for helpful links. 15% off and a tool to search potential interactions. Album is out, I’ve waited so long to share these last few years of my life with you The first song was written a little over two years ago at a really low point in my life. I had absolutely no idea what this album would sound like or if I had the energy to write it at all. The last song was written in the fall of 2025 with the most amazing team by my side and a love for music I haven’t felt since before everything all popped off for the first time. I think when you dedicate your life to something you can lose yourself in the day to day stuff and forget why you chose it to begin with. I love telling stories and sharing myself with you. I love music and how it’s allowed me to meet the most interesting people and see the most wonderful things in our world. Always be curious and never stop learning. Open yourself up to new people and experiences as much as you can. Talk to everyone and never assume anything. In a way this feels like the first time ive ever released music though that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Thank you to the fans who have been around since the beginning, or since the ride era finished and I had to take a little time to figure out what was next, or those of you who have found me because of this new stuff. I love the shit out of you. Thank you. Thank you to my team, Darian, Joe, Mark and Tyler, Garrett, Tommy, Aimee, David and matt at Hard8, Soran, Bailey, Max, Andy, Andrew, Katie, Tano, Greg, Lily and Lili, Kristin, Jalen, Tsutai, Glen, Mikelle, Michelle, Ryan and Adam, Polis and Scott, my parents and my family, my wonderful band and touring team. Thank you to the people I am undoubtedly forgetting. The point is while it’s my name on the album, dozens of people worked their asses off to bring this project to your ears. I love and appreciate every single one of them.

This one hurts me deeply 🥺💔 I'm not sure where to start but Rachaad White 1️⃣ has been my main favorite player over the years ever since he got drafted by the Bucs. If you didn't know, I'm the biggest Rachaad White fan in the world. One day back in 2023, I was at Bucs Training Camp and I took a vid of Rachaad practicing and tagged him on X. He then commented and said if I needed anything, just reach out to him. So a month later I did and he reached back out to me and I met him at pregame before the Bucs preseason game against the Ravens, it was truly one of the best days of my life. Then a year later, I reached out back to him to see if he could sign my Rachaad jersey and he did, another one of the best days of my life. He's truly a man of his word, a down to earth guy, a great guy on & off the field, and like I always say how can you not love him. Every single home game since before when the players come out the tunnel, you can only hear me in my section screaming, “RACHAAD WHITEEEE, LETS GOOOOOOO WOOOOO" and now I'm going to miss that 😞💔 Rachaad's also the reason why I started listening to Rod Wave 😂😂 I know players come and go but this one truly means a lot to me. 🙏🙏 I never saw the day you would be in a different uniform man 😢 I'll miss all the good memories, touchdowns you had in front of me live or on tv and I'll miss seeing him in a Bucs jersey running on that field at RayJay. 😭💔 Thank you for everything you have done for me and for the Bucs, Rachaad, good luck on your next journey 🙏🙏 I love you my guy and much love, UNO 🤞🏻🙏❤️1️⃣ #WeAreTheKrewe (my photo and videos)

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. I hope I get to do this for the rest of my life… Full of gratitude and lots of all the lovely emotions. Thank you so much.”
