Long story short, I volunteer for elderly and retarded people in my community. As I was cleaning this person’s pool, I found their dog underneath the cover. I leapt into action and did what I do best. - Make a difference. I’m not a hero. My training just kicked in. So don’t call me a fucking hero. I did what anyone would do.

Post on Monday I did Dips today and push-ups and handstands against the wall though and I did crawls as well and honestly I feel like dog shit I did not sleep all weekend. I eat a huge cheap Saturday dinner and a huge treat Sunday lunch but it did not help with sleep. It did not help with work out. It did not help with fullness as in my muscles don’t look full at all. You mean I did not explode. I’m just tiny as well. My weight went out my body fat went up I mean silly it’s like groundhog week always.

Part 2 Basically I unfollowed 200+ people. Just know that if I did it’s not personal and I still remember all the love you’ve shown me and it’s still appreciated! Reason 1, straight up spiralling and I’ll need some time to realize I was just being stupid and crashing out for literally no reason. I apologize in advance. Reason 2 is that I don’t wanna deal with the NSFW content and nudity anymore. I’ll wake up, go pray, open Twitter and see things I shouldn’t be seeing unless I’m actually looking for it. I’m being desensitized to content that goes against my morals just because I love having nice people around me. There should be no reason I’m ever seeing my friends touch themselves. Sure I can just mute it but nah, I’d rather just eliminate it from my life. My decision making in the last year got me to where I am now but it’s slowly ruining my life and I need to get rid of it now before I lose more good things.
