I remember this story. They weren’t a couple it was a single Chinese Billionaire MAN that hired her as a surrogate. His visa was denied when he tried to get to the US for their birth. Then 2 years later some Chinese people in black cars showed up asking for the kids.

She had triplets and one died as infant. There is only one parent. A Chinese male who never cared for the children. Imagine what he will do to them. I hope they get back to their real parents. Those parents💔😥

He abandoned the babies for years the surrogacy agreement should have been voided. The US catering to foreigners and leaving it's citizens to figure it out. Anybody else abandoning their kids don't get custody, heck sometimes they get charged.
