(anyone bit should use this information in their lawsuits) • Criminal animal cruelty cases in 2018 were 57, only 2 were brought in 2024. • Citations for no license, rabies, spay/neuter, leash, sanitation, permit, barking in 2017 16,671 were issued. We are on pace for only 3,300 in 2026. LAAS literally has no outside oversight. This sure looks like blatant dereliction of duty to me but they don't have those standards either. Leadership was the only thing that changed. Animals are still suffering, humans are still in danger, they just aren't doing anything about it.
