I don't see enough people talking about this. This is a Tesla on FSD Beta autonomously navigating a McDonald's drive-thru, but that's not the mind-blowing part. The car understands the entire social sequence: It KNOWS to stop at the ordering station. It KNOWS when the order is complete and...

FSD 14 seems to be a bigger gap than 12-13 was. Great job to you and the @Tesla_AI team.

AI is just getting started. Wait until Optimus walks in your house and does everything.

You should see 'ghetto' mode where it drives off with the food before paying

Next step Tesla should handle the payment as well, by some wireless way. So no need to pull out the credit card.

This speaks volumes about the health of our nation if McDonalds drive through is so well represented in the training set.

Seriously, how does it know?

it needs to be programed to have the wipers turned off before the windows so that it doesn't spray the employees in the face with the wiper blades flinging water. That would be awsome the car understanding polite things to do for the consideration of the people around it.

It would be fairly comical if we someday learn that these things were being driven remotely by Indians the whole time

FSD is trained with millions of videos of people doing the same, right? If that's the case, probably learned from those, which the interactions are almost 100% of the time the same in drive throughs

There’s no need for the wipers to be going like that. Chill out!

In Germany, Tesla can’t even drive on the Autobahn without phantom braking. FSD in Europe is a sad joke...

I have no idea how my FSD does some of the things that it does, it’s completely mind blowing, in fact, it knows many things that most people are too rude to do, such as merge from two lanes into a single lane when there is construction on the road, it allows exactly one driver to pass and then insist More aggressively on taking its own turn so that it doesn’t get cut off etc. it’s like a person and you can also make this AI driver more or less aggressive as you see fit, How it can navigate an absolute mess that is the JFK airport in New York, I have no idea, there are many spots where there is construction with completely messed up road cones as well as lines on the road which you’re not supposed to follow and some which you are supposed to follow, And yet it finds its way in and out.

Very cool! You could have donated $1 to the kids though.

Thats emerging behavior. The probably have hundreds of thousands of those scenarios and included them in training. When the AI is taught to mimic human behavior, it also automatically learns this, without Tesla needing to put work in it

That’s not that smart. I can do the same thing and I’m dumb as fuck.

I know it’s incredible! FSD is so brilliant that it KNOWS that I’m broke so after they gave me my order, FSD push the accelerator and we left before I had time to pay 😉

It’s spatially sentient : Reading traffic signs requires zero social sense … the drive through window is just another spatial cue Traffic signs are often thought of as prompts from a language modal, but from a spatial modal they are a landmark token

It is also most likely "Listening to the conversation " allowing to say thank you or if the conversation is still ongoing, may wait till complete. Worth a test.

Wow the drive through worker said, “Don’t leave without your card,” and the surveillance microwave didn’t autonomously leave, how does this technology work?!?!?

What happens if the sequence were reversed suppose the window operator gives the card back first before giving you the food and then may be drinks? will Tesla drive away leaving us hungry 😀

Waymo can definitely also do this. Tesla should immediately pivot and install lidar!!!😂

Why even be in the car? Just have your own food delivery service with your Tesla. Send it to the restaurant, have it use wireless 'car' pay, and then bring your food back. The only interaction would be having a worker load the food into the car.

ALL THIS CONSTRUCTION OF THE VISIBLE WORLD IS AT ITS ROOTS DESIGNED IN THE INVISIBLE WORLD Before language, before numbers, before thought, there was form. Not arbitrary, but precise. Not invented, but revealed. Sacred Geometry is the blueprint beneath all becoming—the hidden grammar of light, sound, and matter. It is the spiral of galaxies and the whorl of a shell. It is the vesica that births light, The triangle that gives rise to stability, The square that anchors space, And the pentagram that mirrors life’s golden proportion. Sacred Geometry does not merely decorate creation, it structures it. It governs the growth of leaves, the pulse of waves, the rhythm of your breath. It reveals that harmony is not a concept, it is a code. A flower blooms not by chance, But by a silent obedience to phi. A crystal aligns not at random, But by listening to the quiet song of symmetry. This is not mysticism, it is order. This is not dogma, it is design. Sacred Geometry is where the visible and the invisible meet: Where math becomes art, Where number becomes movement, Where space becomes spirit. To study it is not only to learn, it is to remember. That beauty is not a luxury. It is the signature of coherence. And when we align with it, We don’t just build structures. We become them. Everything that has form in this dimension is made up in its essence of sacred geometry. All this construction of the visible world is at its root designed in the invisible world.
