Christian Bale would’ve made for a great Odysseus. I really hesitate to even write this because I don’t want to take away anything from the improbable performance from Matt Damon. I don’t know if anyone could’ve done what Damon just did in The Odyssey. But I think if there’s anyone who could’ve held down the role as well or even better than Damon, it’s Christian Bale.

I expected the Pakistani Defense Minister's account on the X platform to be more professional, especially during this week where the war with India is raging. I expected to find something useful about the war & its consequences, but I was surprised, like many others, that His Excellency posted a boxing scene & compared what is happening between Pakistan & India to that scene !! This is a slapstick style not unlike Trump's slapstick. I think Pakistan deserves better than this. We Arabs say in our poetry: "In the dark night, the full moon is missed." Yes, Pakistan misses Imran Khan in such difficult circumstances..
