i feel bad for her but she’s just not smart i’m crying😭

Awful situation and I do feel bad for her but the balls it takes to make a video and post it in hopes of helping others will come back to pay her 10 fold, karma works both ways. Good luck young lady.

I need the girl in video, as well as everyone else who is young, understand this: we ALL have been scammed at some point. Making mistakes is the only way humans grow and learn. From falling the first 1500x before you took a first step, to failing your math test, in either case, we learn from it. The fact you learned this very early in life is a good thing. Many people grow to old age, and never learn the lesson you learned today. People send hundreds of thousands over seas in hopes to receive millions from a stranger. Don’t think of this as a total loss, just an expensive lesson you will never forget and one which prepares you next time.

You have NO IDEA how stupid you feel when this happens to you. It is the most crushing feeling. People suck!

I don’t know why people are calling her dumb She’s just ignorant and anxious, show some class

My friend's mom gave her entire and Savings in excess of $250,000 in a scam and deposit it into an unknown Bitcoin address after she allegedly got a call from the CIA... lost it all with no way to recover

The word Scam is sounds weak. The word is Criminal. These people are criminals.

They do this crime because it works. Happened to my dad, luckily they only got $500 of the $3000 in gift cards because my mom grabbed the phone out of his hand and screamed at them then hung up. My dad was mortified. It’s crime and I don’t know why @FBIDirectorKash can’t stop it

This scam is VERY dangerous and so many scammers call my phone all day long. I block them over and over but more numbers. I feel for her

Too much was known about her prior to her being called. Someone she knows is part of it. For sure.

It's a terrible feeling, being fooled, stolen from etc. I feel bad for her. I wish we lived in a place where law enforcement had the resources to hunt down scammers.

It was somebody you know. Everything is to close to knowing how you are, and where you were, and how you did things. Even how you are a saver, and worrier. Maybe even coming out of the store at that time. All things add up too, you were a close target. Who else did you share your dreams with. This is how it comes across to my gut thinking, an hour after listening to your story.

Oh honey, I work for a bank and I’ll tell you the best rule of thumb is always tell them you’re going to hang up and call them back. And then call your actual bank. But don’t beat yourself up. They’re really good at this. That’s how they get away with it.

You were scammed and it's awful. I once fell into a scammer trap on the phone but after manipulating me on the phone they wanted me to go to a convenience store and buy gift cards. At that point I realized 😳. Now, I am alot older than you and it happened to me. Don't blame yourself. They aren't called con artists for nothing.

You’re not dumb, sweetheart you’re there’s just a bunch of evil disgusting people out here and most likely they were foreigners back that they were. They’re here and pillage are women children.

Scammers deserve a slow and painful 💀! No matter how vigilant you may be, the methods are evolving and getting better. Father that retired lost his savings, 401k, assets, etc. STOLEN. He then killed himself. A stage 4 cancer patient was also robbed of all his money. These demons do not care. You have to question everything. Reach out to the credit bureau’s if you have questions regarding a phone call, text message, email, etc. GET THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER. Same with your bank. @trilogymediainc @Kitboga @ScammerPayback @JimBrowning11 There are so many scam baiters who do everything in their power to shut down these centers. Get them arrested and prosecuted. Even in their home country. Share their videos. Educate yourself and family members. Especially the elderly and mentally handicapped. Bank scam. Fraud scam. Police scam. Romance scam. Courier scam. Phishing scam. Technical support scam. The list goes on. BE VIGILANT. ANYBODY CAN BECOME A VICTIM but there are tools that can help you and those you know to prevent any of this happening.

My heart breaks at this story. I got scammed as a young person too. It’s unfortunate but common. Sitting outside hearing this story makes the ridiculousness obvious but when it happens to you from a pro it’s a different story.

This is so sad. I’m so sorry this happened to you. You know it’s still a crime report it.

I hurt for her. Yes it was dumb. No she doesn't deserve to go through this.

Don’t worry. Nobody else is dumb enough to do this

I know A young lady about her age.. who had a scam and lost thousands.. i saw screen shots and it looked so real.. a text about her credit unions.. but always hang up and call for yourself to credit card, credit unions, shipping, amazon.. anything. She told me and I told her to call her credit union. I stayed there as she was nervous.. and i helped her know what to say. It was recovered.. credit union gave it back.. people are not dumb, they play psychological games on people. Always always just STOP breathe and call police, call own bank..

We've all been scammed especially in recent years. I was scammed out of 2000 dollars in February. Someone figured out how to get into my email and stole confirmation info fir comdata checks.

An older gentleman with Alzheimer’s was targeted by scammers. They came by every couple of days asking for money, and he would give it to them. Eventually, they had him cashing out his retirement. His family found out when he owed the taxes on $1,000,000.

Wow! My 76 year old Dad just had this happen to him in May! He was scammed over 60 thousand dollars ! All of his life savings! Also 40 thousand in credit cards! These people should go to jail and rot!

One of my clients went thru this scam almost verbatim!! Happened a couple months ago. They took her and her x husbands entire savings along with a maxed out line of credit which the bank now tells her she is liable for. So not only lost all her money but owes more money. 55 yr old woman. Not a stupid person. This right here is why I NEVER answer my phone unless it’s a number from my contacts.

This happened to me. Exactly the same. I went along with it drove to the bank and quietly let the bank know there was someone on phone. Bank manager was excellent. Guy here in Ft. Lauderdale was arrested 4 days later after someone else was scammed. Make a long story short 12 people were arrested.

I’m so sorry this happened to you but now you’ve learned a valuable lesson and you can teach others. You can never get back the money you lost, but you can gain new appreciation for how these tactics work and you can educate so many people on how to avoid it. God bless.

That was brutal but I can’t stop laughing

Please no more saying you were stupud - I was scammed by a guy in Colombia for 100k and I was beat up 3 times . He never thought I would be a victim of this . I feel like a fool as well . I’m sueing the guy in Colombia now . This is really bad how people are calculating us

Now I have been young and dumb, but this is another level of stupidity!!🤦🏾♂️

That’s why you need someone to bounce crazy stuff off of to get some break from the panic that causes insanity.

I never have this problem because there is no money in my bank account. Wife spends it faster than any scammer would be able to steal it

Nah, she’s brave to post it. I would hide it in shame.

Oh my goodness- tell her to call the bank and the police. Also fcc

I have learned…never say never…that won’t happen to me…because you might have to eat those words one day. Bless her, am sorry she is going through this. It’s a hard lesson.

If only she had spent 5 seconds speaking to any man in her life. Dad, brother, bf whatever… this all could have been avoided.
