As a vet. A REAL VET. dudes like him were barely allowed in and then found a way to get medically released. You only have to serve 90 days to be considered full active duty. I can tell that this dude didn't deploy. Even once!!! So I don't care!! He uses loopholes in systems.

But you don’t owe based on what you showed. You showed the contractual obligation that the provider has to write off and cannot charge you for. Plus it says 0.00 if you read the correct line.
