I forgot how good adding sour cream to scrambled eggs was. It makes them creamier, softer and wetter. Nothing worse than overcooked scrammies.

Ever had crème fraîche scrambled eggs? In my opinion, scrambled eggs are a lot like steak. Cook them too much and they’re just not as good. Cook them slow and low with the addition of a tablespoon of sour cream or crème fraîche and it’s an entirely different dish. Use medium heat, melt a little butter and keep scraping and moving the eggs constantly. If you omit the crème fraîche or sour cream, you just end up with soft scrambled eggs, which are still quite delicious. It’s ok if they look a little wet. That’s how you want them.

Korean air fried chicken wings. One thing missing is coating the wings in oil before air frying it. I think adding rice cakes and garlic makes this so much better. The fish sauce cilantro wings I saw a recipe online (forgot where it was from) but it's very simple and so good so I always go to it whenever making wings.

MADE my own Butter 600ml double cream… 7g of salt. I like salty butter so I’ll try 8g or 9g It will go like whipped cream, then a scrambled egg consistency and look. Then it will clump. I missed off the 1st rinse that I did forgot to film. But it was like 2 little slabs in each whisk that popped out easily and some in the bowl, that Use cold iced water to rinse it off..

I made these tonight. 10/10 would definitely recommend I have no idea how/why the sour cream makes the chicken so much better but I’ll probably never make my chicken tacos without it again
