I have been planning to expand the services beyond startups and have also been intrigued by government contracts but never liked the submission process So today, I sat down and built an entire RFP (Requests for Proposals) SaaS and used AI to create submission with a structured process I also didn't like the shadcn theme, so I asked AI to Shopify's Polaris design system and man does it look 100 times better! Will share my process of applying, failing, rejections and successful submission over this year - fall along!

Firstly, my work isn’t AI GENERATED PROMPT. The reason why I privated my account was because I was busy yesterday and couldn’t explain things. Fonts that I used: • For the “HAMKU” I used PECKHAM PRESS, I rasterized the letters a bit to achieve a close font from the official account. • For the texts I used CHANTAL medium in lower case. • For my username I used CHALKDUSTER. Brushes that I used: • Studio Pen • HB Pencil (for sketching) • Shale Brush For the colors I won’t list it, kindly check the third photo to see the palettes. I have to admit that I get lazy to use it and even lost in the palettes, so I mainly use the eyedropper tool. Here is the original version, as you can see my original version is so low quality, the lines are too pixelated and not clean—that is why I chose to post the ai enhanced version. Since I used ai to enhanced the lines of my original work, it definitely generated a new version which I still decided to post as the lines are cleaner. I really don’t know the way around on procreate. If you have suggestions on how to avoid the pixelated lines on procreate, kindly please tell me. This is my first time using it for line art cause I mostly use it for painting. I actually don’t know how many layers I exactly have as I already deleted some layers during the process. I didn’t expect I had to provide it. I spent hours on making it from ideas down to the final product. I really wanted it to be similar to the official design. This is my first and last explanation regarding this because if you are still not convinced that I made it, I don’t know what else to say.

Everyone's talking about vibe coding without looking at code. I was skeptical. I decided to give it a shot on a challenging problem and was blown away by what I could accomplish in 8 hours. I'm not skeptical anymore, but I also do NOT think it kills SaaS Notes: - I tried to replicate some of my favorite features from the Solve-It platform as a jupyter extension - I've tried this many times before, and it didn't work. - I gave my agent specific testing tools that I packaged as skills. I used AI to write the skills. I found the right testing workflow for this Jupyter extension by having AI peruse lots of other extensions and the Jupyter source code. - I had the AI write and maintain a large suite of tests the whole time. I think this was important in keeping the AI on track. - I watched the diffs and the thinking traces as they streamed by. From time to time, I would see something very suspicious like " try ... except: pass" And would stop the AI and tell it to stop this behavior. Then trigger a comprehensive code review using AI. - Most importantly, I don't think this kills SasS at all. Even if I can create software that replicates some of my favorite features, there is an insanely long tail of paper cuts and features I don't want to manage. The models and capabilities are improving so fast that I don't want to constantly tune everything. So I would rather leave that up to people who are focused on that daily and have good taste, with the knowledge that it has been battle tested against many users.

My upcoming release of "Cinematic AI" has made me think about how bodies of work are formed. I think some are manifested and some are revealed. I think "Cinematic AI" falls into the latter category. It was not something I had a clear vision for and then created, but it was something that was revealed to me over time. I thought I saw a glimmer of it early on, but only after some time had past, could I see the body of work emerge. With a bit more context and watching great artists and how they work and think, it finally came to me that this series of 15-20 pieces that I had created could be a worthy collection to mint. AI art has been going through so many transformations from the early GAN work to Collaborative AI to now AI being widely accessible through platforms like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and many others. But one area that I have seen explode in recent months is cinematic AI. I distinguish this from animated AI, which has been around for a while, but cinematic AI is where the movements created by AI are getting closer to what you'd see in a movie or captured on a video camera. It still has a long way to go but it is getting more real than surreal as the technology develops. And this is where I seem to have found my groove, my home, my little corner in the artistic landscape. After Runway launched their image-to-video tool, it just blew my mind and I went down a deep rabbit hole and have created a new cinematic AI piece almost every other day for the past few months. I initially saw many of these pieces as just experiments, but with some time to reflect, I am seeing them as having the potential of being relevant pieces of artwork to mark this time in the development of AI. In some cases, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to create a similar piece again, since the tools I use are not in my control, but in the control of the AI platforms, who are constantly improving and evolving the tools. Given all of this, there is no better way to mark my place in time than on the blockchain. I truly believe that this body of work has the potential to be an important artifact of this era in AI and AI art. It is always hard to judge ones own work, but what I can do is permanently etch in time on an immutable public database saying that I created this. Only time will tell if the work has any value or is of any significance, but who created it and what was created cannot be disputed. I hope this gives you and especially collectors some perspective on the work I'll be releasing next week. I'm still very early in my artistic journey, but hopefully some of you will see promise in what I'm doing and maybe even put in a early bet on my art practice by bidding on a piece next week. I am so sick of my art process being called AI generated because it is not perfect I have a 9-6. I draw from 12 AM - 4AM so I can have something for my patrons who always get emails at 4AM. I post rendered artwork so rarely I don’t reach 20 in a year. And you mfs think I’ll AI generate a reference instead of working on something for days and then having a major change because I got good rest that day. If I use AI to generate my art I’d post everyday and make so much money. But no I have integrity despite how tedious this all is. This is human indecisiveness you see here not fucking AI. I WON’T SPEND SO MUCH TIME ON THIS IF I HAD AI ASSISTING ME.
