I got a solution..or a beginning for Nicobar project. Shompen of Nicobar might have the correct opinion about Nicobar project. We should ask them. They are only 229. We can literally ask all of them about their opinion. That'll crystal clear the whole picture. #amitkilhor #kilhor #nicobar #shompen #draupdimurmu

Chinese Hamza in on duty Tell me the last time this clown prince visited Nicobar island before this? So what changed suddenly that Rahul Gandhi even left the Bengal elections midway to suddenly 'save forests' in Nicobar or save China from Great Nicobar Project? This sudden sympathy for tribals is not organic. It is a direct reaction to protect China's interests. The Great Nicobar Project is India's ultimate weapon to control the Strait of Malacca, China's biggest transit route Look at the ecosystem's lies: FACT 1: The local tribals have officially given their NOC. FACT 2: The Strait of Malacca handles 29% of Global oil flow. Great Nicobar sits right at its edge. If India chokes this point, China's economy collapses. The Great Nicobar Project essentially puts China's neck in India's hands. FACT 3: The new infrastructure is explicitly designed to deploy Indian submarines and Rafale jets When the tribal and tortoise narratives started failing, they resorted to a fake heatwave panic. Modern warfare is about choking the enemy's economy, and India just turned the table with China’s neck in our hand

One of the most important conversations LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi had in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands was with a group of young, passionate people. They spoke about why Great Nicobar matters, how coral reefs have disappeared from official maps, and why some losses can never be reversed. Watch here👇

LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi met tribal families in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, displaced after the tsunami and still waiting for their original land. They were never consulted. Now, in the name of a “project,” 160 sq km of rainforest is set to be destroyed, pushing them towards displacement once again. We will stand with them to protect their land, their livelihoods, and their future.

Sabotaging Nicobar isn't saving the planet; it's gifting the Indian Ocean to China on a platter. From Niyamgiri and POSCO to now the Great Nicobar Project, the strategy is clear: Oppose everything, stall everyone. Who does this 'activism' really benefit? The answer lies in Beijing, not the Bay of Bengal. When China builds bases in Cambodia and Myanmar, it’s 'strategy.' When India builds an 'Unsinkable Aircraft Carrier' in Nicobar, it’s an 'ecological disaster'? This isn't activism; it’s Green Colonialism. It’s a hybrid war where turtles are used as shields to keep India’s economy trapped in a museum. Is this political desperation or a deeper ideological pact? Watch V Ashish Nautiyal Ashish Nautiyal rip apart the 'Reel-baazi' of the Anti-Nicobar lobby.

China and Nicobar protest Saga 🧵 Nicobar Project which only harms CCP China’s expansionist interest in Indian Ocean is being protested by Left and opposition, it took me back to what KGB operative Yuri Bezmenov said about prestitutes & communist in India 👇 KGB was grooming so called progressive intellectuals, professors, teachers to spread communist ideology in India. CCP has heavily invested on Indian influencers and opposition, Rajeev Sharma was just one of them who was caught with Chinese woman named King Shi and a Nepalese national named Sher Singh. #greatnicobar #nicobar

A delegation of tribal leaders from Great Nicobar Island, along with leaders of the Adivasi Congress, met LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi. During their visit, the delegation highlighted that over 800 families will lose their land due to the Great Nicobar Project, including Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups - communities that have lived in deep harmony with nature for generations, protecting the island’s fragile ecosystem. They told Rahul ji that today, they are being pushed to the margins - just to benefit a few billionaire businessmen like Adani and Ambani. They also spoke about their daily struggles, including the lack of water, roads, education, and employment. 📍 New Delhi

Why is the Great Nicobar transshipment port possibly India’s most important strategic project? “Leave economics and military aside for a moment. It is first and foremost a great strategic project,” says VAdm Sanjay Jasjit Singh (R). Dominating one of the world’s busiest maritime choke points, Great Nicobar could become India’s gateway to the Bay of Bengal and Southeast Asia over the next 20–30 years. “You look at the map. It’s right there. Galathea Bay is the centre point..... We should have commenced this project 20 years ago.” Catch the full conversation here: #India #GreatNicobar #IndianOcean #Geopolitics #BIMSTEC #Maritime #AndamanNicobar #Strategy #IndiaChina Sandeep Anurag Awasthi deepak bhadana Sanjay J Singh

#WATCH | Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar: Anuradha Rao, says "I am a fourth-generation resident of this island. My paternal and maternal ancestors were brought to the Andamans as prisoners before independence. I came here as a young child, I saw deer here and used to provide them with food...I had a great bond with the deer of this island. Two of my deer are 17 years old weighing 70 and 75 kgs each...For over 25 years, I patiently worked to gain the trust of the deer, spending time with them, feeding them, and understanding their behaviours. Today, the deer of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands no longer fear humans as they once did..."

China builds Nanjing street with 100000 trees "China is planting trees while India destroys Nicobar for Adani." This is the biggest piece of propaganda on the internet right now, and you are falling for it. The ecosystem is actively doing PR for China to halt India's most critical military project. Look at the absolute reality: FACT 1: China wiped out 10.9 million hectares of forests and destroyed marine life for artificial islands, while India's forest cover has actually increased. FACT 2: Great Nicobar project hasn’t been awarded to Adani or any other company yet, They are just one of 11 bidders. FACT 3: Even if a private company builds the port, the Indian Armed Forces will maintain absolute control over the submarine and Rafale deployments. A YouTuber sitting in Germany is calling Indian military veterans calling Nicobar Strategic as "Andhbhakts" just for defending national security. They are openly speaking China's language

Before Congress IT cell starts propaganda of 'Tribal population' to stop The Great Nicobar project on instructions of China, let me share all facts with you Do you know what the actual tribal population there is? Just 1,200. Shompen: around 200 Nicobarese: around 1,000 The island’s area is 950 sq km. Out of this, 166 sq km will be used for the project, around 800 sq km will remain reserved for these 1,200 tribals. And the interesting part? These tribals have already given an NOC to the central government, clearly stating they have no objection to the project. On the other hand, lakhs of tribals across India become victims every year of conversion, land jihad, and love jihad, yet Rahul Gandhi has never raised his voice for them. So, is this really love for tribals, or is it love for China? I leave that for you to decide.

My appeal to all the environmental enthusiasts - Prakash Raj Raveena Tandon Dia Mirza Dhruv Rathee Rashmika Mandanna Upasana Konidela Samantha Eeshaa Rebba Anasuya Bharadwaj rashmi gautam There is a far greater need for all of you to respond to the “Great Nicobar” project with many times more intensity than you did for the Kancha Gachibowli government lands issue. Studies indicate that if this project is implemented, crores of terrestrial and aquatic species, millions of trees, and thousands of indigenous people will be permanently wiped out. Even though you responded in Kancha Gachibowli lands issue without knowing the facts, I don’t intend to find fault with it. You might have had your own “reasons” for reacting that way. In the same context, project under the name “Great Nicobar,” spanning 910 square kilometers, undertaken by the central government, is poised to become a massive environmental disaster, as renowned scientists and environmental experts across the country are vehemently warning. So… all of you must respond to this..#environmentalists

THE GREAT NICOBAR MEGA PROJECT The Modi government is moving forward with the ₹81,000 CRORE GREAT NICOBAR MEGA PROJECT, which involves clearing about 130 SQUARE KILOMETERS of some of the oldest rainforests on Earth—an area larger than the city of Chandigarh. This massive development includes: 🚢 A transshipment port ✈️ An international airport 🏘️ A new township 🏭 A large-scale power plant ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT This isn't just empty land; it's a thriving ecosystem that has evolved over thousands of years. The project poses significant risks: 🏹 DISPLACEMENT OF INDIGENOUS TRIBES: It is home to the SHOMPEN TRIBE, a vulnerable group with fewer than 300 members remaining. 🐢 ENDANGERED WILDLIFE: The area serves as a nesting ground for LEATHERBACK SEA TURTLES, one of the largest and most endangered turtle species globally. 🐒 IRREPLACEABLE BIODIVERSITY: The forest contains species found nowhere else on Earth. 🪓 MASS DEFORESTATION: Over 10 LAKH (1 MILLION) TREES are expected to be cut down. "Ecology does not work like accounting. You cannot replace ancient island rainforest by planting saplings on the mainland." Despite concerns raised by the NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL and a lack of transparent nationwide debate on the full committee report, the project is proceeding. Development is important, but irreversible ecological destruction requires national scrutiny. If we can erase a rainforest the size of an entire city without a public outcry, what exactly are we protecting? 📢 I AM URGING YOU TO RESHARE THIS VIDEO AND SHOW YOUR DISSENT PEACEFULLY. SILENCE IS CONSENT, AND THIS FOREST DOESN'T HAVE A SECOND CHANCE.

#WATCH | Kannur, Keralam | On LoP Rahul Gandhi's calling the Great Nicobar Project a "scam", Major General P Vivekanandan (Retd), says, “China has been trying to limit India’s maritime mobility by establishing ports around our nation, which is known as the ‘String of Pearls’... We need to safeguard our maritime interests and protect our economic zones. Since 2008, we have stopped developing the Greater Nicobar Island... We must ensure this area is developed swiftly. Because not only do we have to guard that area, we also have to see that our freedom of movement in the area is not restricted by any unwanted element. There are concerns, particularly regarding the development of an intercontinental trans-shipment container terminal, similar to those in Singapore or Dubai. We are having a huge economic loss. So, in case we develop something similar in our own country, that economic advantage cannot be minimised. To achieve this, entities like Adani or other industrial players may have been co-opted, but that does not mean we are selling the area to them. There are concerns about habitat, ecology, and the coastal environment, and these need to be addressed by working with local communities to find sustainable solutions, which the people organising this initiative are already focusing on... Our administrators are fully aware of these issues and are addressing them...”

I travelled through Great Nicobar today. These are the most extraordinary forests I have ever seen in my life. Trees older than memory. Forests that took generations to grow. The people on this island are equally beautiful - both the adivasi communities and the settlers - but they are being robbed of what is rightfully theirs. The government calls what it is doing here a “Project.” What I have seen is not a project. It is millions of trees marked for the axe. It is 160 square kilometres of rainforest condemned to die. It is communities that have been ignored while their homes have been snatched away. This is not development. This is destruction dressed in development’s language. So I will say it plainly, and I will keep saying it: what is being done in Great Nicobar is one of the biggest scams and gravest crimes against this country’s natural and tribal heritage in our lifetime. It must be stopped. And it can be stopped - if Indians choose to see what I have seen.

The govt says the Great Nicobar project will cut 8.5 lakh trees. An ecologist estimates the number could be closer to 1 crore. It is also a nesting site for Hawksbill turtle - critically endangered. 1600 species with lot of endemic species of fauna How can anyone look at a beautiful forest 🌳 and think- let’s chop it all down and make some more money 💰
