@OmarchyLinux @OmarchyMac Sadly my MacBook Air is too old and intel based, but it did lead to me find that LocalSend comes with Omarchy and the LocalSend iPhone app is nice and simple to use.

Amazing! Would this also help with clipboard sharing? I was looking into that over the last couple of days and ran into a wall. Seems like that's also using the same underlying transmission methods after a Bluetooth notification. Here's my (failed) experiment, I got as dar as to see the Bluetooth part but got stuck on getting the data sent by Wi-Fi.

@justincabral @OmarchyLinux @OmarchyMac I've never looked into clipboard sharing. If it uses AWDL, then yes, my driver patches might help. Does it involve access to the secure enclave, for keys? If so, the work on TouchID might overlap:

For some context/disclaimer I only installed Omarchy 2 days ago and only yesterday started to work on this so I'm very new to all this and might be going in the wrong direction. Earlier today did a lot of experiments on this and ended up building some Bluetooth listener that was able to get the clipboard notification, but the data itself isn't sent by Bluetooth. Claude came up a suggestion to use AWDL an generated similar patches like yours and configured my Wi-Fi adapter in AWDL mode in addition to the main network connection. But when I did a Wireshark dump of the shared clipboard traffic it seemed like data was transferred over the main Wi-Fi connection but indeed encrypted with some keys that in the end seem to require the secure enclave, or to be dumped from an unlocked MacOS. And that's where I got stuck earlier today, and when I saw this post seemed like we're onto something similar. I'll check out this stuff soon, hope it works somehow.
