Just by posting this you’re able to reach millions of people who don’t know Christ. Think about that for a second…this one tweet could bring thousands to know Jesus. Amazing.

A new resource ….. John 14:27: “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

I want to take a moment to reflect on Russell Brand’s comments here. It's clear that Russell views his baptism as part of a broader spiritual journey, more aligned with New Age thinking than the Gospel of Jesus Christ from the New Testament. In the new age, Jesus is seen as just one of many spiritual teachers, not as the Son of God who is the sole path to salvation from sin. This is a huge departure from what the Bible teaches about Jesus and the purpose of baptism. If we hyper-fixate on personal spiritual experiences it can shift the focus from Jesus to ourselves. In fact, the only thing he talked about throughout the video was himself. Many in the new age turn baptism into a step towards self-improvement or "spiritual evolution" rather than a transformative commitment to follow Jesus and leave our old ways behind. We need to talk about these differences, not to judge Russell’s personal journey, but to clarify what baptism means to us as Christians. Apostle Paul warned us about being led astray by different versions of Jesus and the gospel (2 Corinthians 11:4). We absolutely need to stick to the true teachings of the Bible, where Jesus isn’t just a wise teacher among many, but the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We should also keep Russell in our prayers, hoping he finds the true meaning of baptism and what it means to follow Christ. Let’s also pray for those who might be confused by these new age interpretations of the faith, and false gospels. But we also shouldn’t just stand by and let spiritual confusion spread without challenge; we need to actively engage in guiding, discipling, and appropriately rebuking others. (Colossians 3:2)

Russell, I’m praying for you and wish you the best. Please buy a Bible and read it, brother. Start with John. Find some good Bible teachers and dive into the Word. Put the tarot cards away. Bless 🙏
