You won’t guess where I got this book. Should I return it?! 🤪

Praying for you Russell. It would seem our merciful God is calling you to the Catholic Church. We’re a crazy bunch but you will never regret it!

"But while he was still far off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion; he ran and put his arms around him and kissed him." The Father is waiting for us, longing for us to return to Him. Amen, Russell!

The story of the prodigal son is the unfettered story of unconditional love. It’s what God offers to us and demands of us to offer those around us. Unconditional love is practically impossible to freely give without first receiving and accepting ourselves. Forgiveness operates the same way. In order to truly forgive others we must first forgive ourselves and receive forgiveness.

Next book for you, Russell. As a wordsmith and a witty seeker…you will have much in common with Chesterton.

Watch @TimothyAlberino’s fascinating take on the prodigal son parable in this video.

Russell; It has been a joy watching your transformation over these last years into a man seeking hard after Christ! We are all Prodigal Sons but even more central and important in the story is the person of the Prodigal Father! He loved us even though we have all squandered our inheritance and He still longs for us to simply repent, accept His forgiveness and return home to Him! May God bless you, Russell, and I look forward to meeting you in heaven one day, my Brother in Christ...

Stay the course! The Holy Ghost is guiding you.

Wow Russell, I will absolutely be watching this and will be looking for this book as of this very moment

Russell, you ARE the Prodigal Son…just as I am, just as so many reading this right now. I’m glad you’re on this journey. My hope for you is that we can soon embrace you as a brother in Christ & open you to the treasury of Grace available to you in His Church🇻🇦 Pax ✝️🙏🏻
