I solved building decks with AI agents — by giving them a CLI tool like Powerpoint or Google Slides. AI could already make a beautiful deck if you asked it to using Ant's pptx skill. The problem was working with it. If it made one alignment mistake, fixing it on one slide would break something on another, and it became a game of whack-a-mole. One time I spent two days playing AI roulette, hoping the next prompt would finally fix the thing, and ended up building the whole deck by hand because I was on a deadline. So I built Hands-on Deck. And the reason it works is that this isn't just a skill — this is PowerPoint. The actual application: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, whatever you use. This is that, but for an agent, presented as a CLI. Every gesture you make in a deck app maps to a command. Click a box and type, drag a shape from here to there, look at a slide – agent can do it all in a command. And that changes how the agent behaves. With this CLI it works and thinks like a designer — it looks, makes an edit, looks again, makes another surgical edit. Compare that to Anthropic's pptx skill, built on the idea that Claude is a great programmer: it literally writes code to manipulate the deck, hand-editing XML and hoping it doesn't break anything else in the middle. The real test isn't creating something once — it's whether it can make surgical edits like you want. That's what I did in this video walkthrough and my claude crushed it! Check it out for yourself. So decks can be built like a designer now — with real flavor and taste. If you spend hours every week on decks, this gives those hours back. I am creating amazing websites in hours. Not days, not weeks with Claude. Example here: I'm part owner of a basketball training facility called Swish365. We built a custom app in the appstore/play store and its a challenge to update. The website too (original built on wordpress). Two hours, I converted our app to mobile UI without an app, integrated into Stripe's API's to manage subscriptions. Built fully dynamic and automate reporting for payments to each franchise location with all fees/royalties taken out. Something that took us hours before. Trending analysis of each facility on upward/downward trends for facility. Dynamic location creation so when we add new franchises it automatically creates it. Convert all existing members from old to new system. If they book once a week, it creates a streak similar to NBA Jam, if they get to BOOMSHAKALA they get a free shirt. Beautiful webpage, custom business processes directly to our business and enhancements over previous systems. Two hours. It's unbelievable.

been playing with whop's new blueprints feature and a part of it changes the whole math on starting a business.. a blueprint is a full business ready to run. not a template you fill in. the actual site, the checkout, tracking, the whop pixel, analytics, all of it live from the first second. you pick a bluepint, name it and deploy, that's it. you're on a .whop.app url taking real payments with nothing left to wire up. i deployed one in the time it takes to read this and these aren't thin little landing pages. multi-page sites, customer accounts, carts, booking, subscriptions, reviews, checkout. full commercial sites out of the box, hosted on Whop for free. the analytics sit in the same dashboard. traffic, conversions, revenue, MRR, churn, ad spend, all in one place,you deploy and you can already see everything. but here's the part that actually that got me invested into it. instead of just building and deploying blueprints, it has other features in-built which can make the whole process easier and every business that gets onboarded through a blueprint you built earns you 10% of whop's gross profit from that business. recurring, per business, for as long as they run. so building a blueprint is its own business. you build one for a niche, put it out there, and every business that runs on it keeps paying you while you do nothing. i spent years thinking distribution was the hard part. build a good blueprint and the distribution is the business.

just built something fun: and it’s 100% free for founders story time - back in college i built a dating app. making ok money from ads, nothing crazy. one day, random email hits our help inbox: "interested in acquiring your site, wanna chat?” It was a brazilian company. It was only by some random chance that I was in that support inbox. Thank god. turned into life-changing exit offer (at least it felt like that at the time). classic right place right time situation. got me thinking: why isn't there an easy way for buyers to find sellers? Wouldn’t it be cool to sell your business to someone just browsing? so i built offerbutton - one line of code that lets anyone make an offer to buy your business: that's it. embed it, forget it, wait for offers. built this entire thing with v0/cursor because everyone said "ai coding isn't ready for real products" prove them wrong i guess? I had one idea for an app… and instead of opening 5 different tools, I just talked it out with my Pika Agent📱 I asked it to design the core concept, think through the user flow, sketch out the interface screens, and define the key features — and it turned that into a complete creation that’s actually ready to prototype. No overthinking prompts. No back-and-forth between tools. Just a normal conversation that turned into something real. Honestly, it feels less like using software and more like working with someone who just gets your idea and helps you create it step by step. Pika really just made the whole process simpler, faster, and way more fun.
