I was digging around the HyperCard 1.0.1 floppy image tonight, as one does, and found a curious private file: FONT 31756. It's a font file containing all of the glyphs for HyperCard's tool palette, likely created by Kristee Kreitman and Marge Boots (credited in the app for Graphic Art). I can't believe they were using this technique back in 1987, although it seems Bruce Tognazzini invented it with MouseText two years prior (!). I was moved, as I often am by the work of our field's forebears, so created this little tool for everyone to explore it here:

I was rejected by Y Combinator 9 times I got in on my 10th attempt. there was no secret sauce the idea is similar, but i'm walking in with traction (to the point people ask us why we are doing yc - a post for later) we have a team, insane customers, and a clear vision of how we scale to 100B I got lucky along the way and found people who believed in me. yassss okay, Paper has a new homepage and guess what? it was entirely designed with early versions of our brand new desktop app and then built via MCP in code I'm actually scarily amazed 🥲 a project that a year ago would have taken me 4-6 weeks -maybe more- and a lot of pain was delivered in just 14 days, from wireframes to prod... agents are here babe I was also in charge of copy, illustrations, animations, and stress-testing an MCP workflow we're still figuring out ourselves but here's the thing, I wanted to prove to myself that you can't achieve a look and feel like this only by prompting lazy stuff into a chat box - there's still a lot to polish, but I can't imagine building this without a space to actually think and compose the canvas was KEY to validate ideas, clean up noise, iterate copy, and figure out a lot of things that take part in such a project so if you think you can vibecode something like this, good luck, see you -and your agents- later in a serious design tool :)

It was a very emotional day for all of us ushering in this new school which was funded by the great Lance Breitstein 🇺🇸🌎 and renovated and painted beautifully by BaliChildrensProject so now double the amount of students can attend! Crazy enough, asbestos was found during the renovation, unbeknownst to anyone until we started the construction for the bigger school so sadly this community, along the with the teachers and children, had been inhaling this dangerous chemical for years — this new school couldn’t come fast enough and we’re proud to help while looking forward to opening more schools and libraries in 2025 and beyond! #newschool #givingback #knowledgeispower

A while back I got yelled at pretty harshly by some dudes when I was putting my paddleboard into a river. Turns out it wasn't the right place to put a boat in, so I apologized and moved it to the right place. They acted like they caught me beating a puppy. I just didn't see the sign! It angered me at how mad they got! In that very moment I made a vow to always try and assume good intent. Last year I had a very minor beef with Codie Sanchez. I wanted to get mad, and shout about it to the world, but then I remembered my new goal. "Assume good intent." We DMed back and forth and it was all good. A while later she was kind enough to have me on her podcast. I drove down to Austin to make it happen. She apologized in person for this mistake 3 times! At least once on camera. On the 2nd or 3rd apology I replied with "It's all good. I could see myself making the same mistake." She paused for a moment, thought deeply and then said, "No, I don't think you would." Most people just roll with the comments to keep a conversation flowing. That reply from her showed me a lot about her character. That episode ended up doing very well, which helped put me on the radar of much bigger podcasts, including Diary of a CEO (DOAC). Months later, I was invited onto DOAC and that episode also performed exceptionally well. About 3.5m people have seen it, with 50k - 100k more watching every day. That opened even bigger doors for me, for which I am extremely grateful. Codie and I are now friends. She's incredibly kind and helpful. Good things happen when you assume good intent. People are good. People also screw up sometimes. Both are true.

before pumpfun livestream feature is updated, before my account goes big and before I got some money, before everything, there was this token the beginning was so small at that time(over 2 years ago) rug was still rampant and I thought like 'why wouldn't they grow their project bigger rather than rugging at 10k?' sadly I became one of them now but regareless of it, I launched it just for 100% fun with buying 1 sol and turned on camera at TG group just for fun too someone said, "yo bro you should keep doing this this gonna be hella huge" so I did it I still remember the 2 guys who carried the whole project with max shilling and leading community members: Noble(this guy was pretty mean to me lol but still he was a goat) and Cassius(actual goat) it was a pure joy I did a stream 24/7 even while I was sleeping at TG and people were having fun in here(one girl took off her shirt when I was sleeping and I fucking missed it 💀) and my big bro Tyrelle Anderson-Brown came into my coin and helped me with 2 sol. I still remember this thankful money. with this I ate a nice dinner with my gf I still don't know the reason(maybe money laundaring?) but it went 5M and at this day when I woke up and checked my trojan, THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HIT 6 FIGS IN MY LIFE and I didn't sell a penny because community was more important than money at that time here's a list what community did for me - bought me a new iPhone - bought me a new MacBook(these two were for a better stream - my PC and phone was trash) - funded me almost every equipment for stream - formed a team with 10-11 members and kept supporting me they even put my sleeping video at Timesquare, NY here's a video so how can I sell this lmao but sadly the coin goes up, the coin goes down too and this happened to my coin too it was sooo tough days but I kept doing my best and it ended from up 130k to making 3k only this project was like if someone asks me "what did you do in this year? can you answer to this question with confidence?", I will answer this coin with 100% sure and I just turned on livestream with this coin just for fun too was very good days

From yesterday’s (Tuesday) workout. These workouts have been kicking my ass lately, and I’m loving every minute of it! Definitely seeing the progress through the process. I’ve got a goal to reach by June, and I have every intention on meeting it! Meanwhile, I’m out here looking like a OLD MAN with this WOLFPUSS running wild and free on my face, BUT I did say I was going to let my beard grow out for the winter months, so……yeah.

This isn’t believable to me. I saw Chance just before Christmas and, as usual, he had a beaming smile on his face, and was so happy with the work he was doing on Gen V. Playing his aunt on sabrina was like I had a brother on set with me. He was so cheeky and joined me in all the prank playing. And although we laughed a lot, you could have really deep and soulful conversations with Chance. Wise beyond his years. He was so warm and funny and good. I can’t believe I’m writing in the past tense. So many of us Sabrina cast and crew have been talking and texting, confused and in shock by the suddenness of his loss. I can’t even imagine what his family are going through. My heart breaks for them. RIP beautiful Chance. I just don’t know what happened; you’re meant to be here still🌷
